| In the industry of metal materials,most of the parts failed due to the wear of the material,so they can not continue to be used.Fe-Cr-Si ternary alloy coating had the advantages of high hardness and good abrasion resistance,it was used on the surface of the working parts which bear the friction and wear under the bad environment for a long time,so as to improve the performance of the parts and reduce the material loss and cost.The Fe-Cr-Si ternary alloy coating was prepared by laser cladding,and the Fe-Cr-Si ternary alloy coating was observed.It is found that the deposited samples showed obvious delamination and the combination is better.Well,from the substrate to the surface of the cladding layer,fine dendrites and larger unit cells appear as the structure grows.The material consists of Fe-Cr,α-Fe and Cr Fe8 Si.The hardness test of the surface and the longitudinal surface of the cladding layer showed that the hardness of the surface did not change much.As the distance from the surface of the cladding layer is farther,the Cr element in the material decreased and the hardness of the longitudinal surface gradually decreased.In the friction and wear experiments at room temperature,the wear of the Fe-Cr-Si ternary alloy material coating was much smaller than that of the 45# material.At the beginning of the experiment,the friction coefficient of the material first increases and then decreases.The wear mechanism of the sample material is mainly abrasive wear,spalling and adhesive wear.When the load stress increases,the wear mechanism changes to abrasive wear,oxidative wear and micro-cutting.The coating wear of Fe-Cr-Si ternary alloy material is much smaller than 45#material under high temperature.In different high temperature experiments,the friction coefficient of the sample slowly decreases.When the load stress is increased,the friction coefficient first decreases and then increases.The wear mechanism is primarily converted between abrasive wear,oxidative wear,spall fracture,and adhesive wear.Figure 30;Table 16;Reference 75... |
