China’s energy structure is "rich in coal,little in oil and gas",which determines that in the next few decades,in China’s primary energy structure,coal will be the main energy for a long time,and the energy consumption framework dominated by coal will not change.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of mechanization and the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,unmanned,automatic and intelligent mining in coal mines has become a research hotspot in the field of mining.As the core equipment of the fully mechanized mining face,the automatic management technology of the shearer is the important foundation to realize the automatic mining of the working face.In this paper,the key technology of shearer automation management is studied.Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of current shearer automation technology,the theory and technology of three-dimensional geological modeling,geostatistics,intelligent algorithm,computer simulation,strapdown inertial navigation,multi-source data fusion,genetic optimization algorithm are synthetically applied to systematically study the shearer in complex The key technology of realizing automatic management under miscellaneous geological conditions provides a new solution to the limitations of memory coal cutting technology.The main results are as follows:(1)A method of coal rock recognition based on faster r-cnn is proposed.Faster r-cnn network is trained with a large number of image data sets.After training,the network can detect coal and rock in the image quickly.Compared with the traditional method of coal rock image recognition,this method has faster recognition speed and higher intelligence.(2)Taking the information of geological drilling and virtual drilling as the original data,Delaunay triangulation net is used to insert and divide point by point tin-gtp "lofting out" to generate the three-dimensional geological model of coal seam,and the accuracy of the model is modified by the information fusion algorithm,and the simulation is carried out by computer.The results show that the method can effectively improve the accuracy of the model of coal seam accuracy.(3)Based on the establishment of the unified coordinate system of the mining area and the adjustment of the reference coordinate system of the inertial navigation system,the absolute positioning and pose determination of the shearer in the coal seam is realized,and on this basis,the pre-set coal cutting line technology based on the geological model of the coal seam is proposed.The technology is mainly used in the face with relatively complex geological conditions and large fluctuation of the coal seam,and the test is carried out in a mine in Shanxi Province,the feasibility of the technology is verified by analyzing the collected data.(4)Under the condition of coal mining technology constraints,the coal cutting line of the shearer is optimized by using genetic algorithm.The optimized coal cutting line is smoother,and the recovery rate of the working face is optimal.(5)The overall planning of shearer automation management platform is carried out,and the function and interface of each module in the platform are designed.
