Under the condition of complicated coal seam occurrence,the working condition is bad.During mining,it is urgent to solve the problems of coal accumulation,fault crossing,roof ripping and multiple bottom cutting.It is urgent to solve the problem of coal mining mechanization and high efficiency mining.Shearer is the main equipment of coal mining work,spiral drum shearer is an important component,the dynamic reliability directly determines the overall performance of the shearer,directly affect the mining machinery automation process,is the key to influence the coal production efficiency.The coupling model is established under the condition of complex coal seam of spiral drum and coal by using the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software,the dynamic simulation based on different working conditions of the cutting process,the cutting tooth extraction drum and the work load,and analyzed the variation of load.Through the dynamic analysis of helical drum cutting coal obtained from coal to rock and coal changes when the spiral drum coupling model of plastic domain evolution law of stress nephogram and the coal rock,the drum and pick the stress-strain parameters such as time curve,and find out the spiral drum at work in the process of stress distribution.Research shows that:the spiral drum cutting coal mixed interface,the emergence of a large number of coal caving,work load fluctuation becomes larger;the maximum stress of tooth mainly concentrated in the shoulder alloy head tooth tip local contact area and the head of the handle of the gear tooth seat,the maximum stress is mainly concentrated in the root by the former Soviet Union;coal breaking calculated under the same conditions are compared with the simulation values of roller force,verify the reliability of the simulation results;change the traction speed ratio changing roller speed is more obvious on the drum load and the stress influence of rock layers;position and has no direct effect on the stress of cutting tooth and tooth seat,but has a great influence on traction resistance.The research results provide an important reference for the structural design and the improvement of the cutting performance of the thin seam shearer.
