The barrel finishing process can effectively improve the surface quality of the parts and the performance of the parts.It is widely used in the surface processing of precision parts such as aerospace,optoelectronic engineering,automobile ships,and other mechanical structures.As one of the main media for barrel finishing,grinding fluid has a great influence on the surface quality and physical properties of processed parts.However,at present,there is a lack of research on the grinding fluid for barrel finishing at home and abroad.The type of grinding fluid used in actual production is single,the cost is high,the reusability is poor,and it has certain pollution to the environment.To this end,a new type of high-efficiency,green and environmentally friendly grinding fluid was prepared,and the feasibility of the grinding fluid was selected and verified through the experiment of barrel grinding and finishing,as well as the micro-characterization and fatigue performance simulation analysis of the surface,Explains the important effect of grinding fluid on barrel finishing,which is of great significance to the development and promotion of barrel finishing roller polishing fluids were prepared by adding different corrosion inhibitors,and the experimental research of roller polishing was carried out,and the surface roughness,surface brightness,and surface material removal of the specimens were analyzed by the two polishing fluids.Rate,surface morphology and metallographic structure and the impact on the friction and wear of the specimen,the specific research content is as follows:(1)By introducing the domestic and international development status of barrel finishing technology,combined with the application prospect of barrel finishing technology in aluminum alloy parts and the classification and application background of aluminum alloy materials,the barrel finishing of aluminum alloy parts was analyzed.There is a lack of in-depth research on liquid processing media in the whole process,so a new idea for the study of the preparation process of grinding fluid for aluminum alloy parts was proposed.(2)The main components(oxidant,surfactants,brighteners,emulsifiers,corrosion inhibitors)in the grinding fluid are classified in detail,and the chemical action mechanism of different components in the grinding fluid was discussed,thus summarizing the grinding fluid The selection principle of the main ingredients in the final determination of the specific composition of the grinding fluid and the preparation process.(3)Formula test design based on two different organic corrosion inhibitors to prepare grinding fluid containing different organic corrosion inhibitors.And based on the compound corrosion inhibitor formulation test design,preparation of grinding fluid containing different corrosion inhibitors.The 7075 aluminum alloy test piece was subjected to roller polishing treatment using centrifugal roller polishing treatment equipment,and the surface roughness and surface brightness of the test piece were characterized,and the surface material removal rate was calculated,which is the preferred grinding fluid formulation.Provide evaluation basis.The experimental results show that the two organic corrosion inhibitors do not produce a synergistic effect,and the effect of the grinding fluid containing hexamethylenetetramine organic corrosion inhibitor is relatively good.The processing effect of the grinding fluid with composite corrosion inhibitor on 7075 aluminum alloy specimens is better than that with pure organic corrosion inhibitor grinding fluid.When the components of the composite corrosion inhibitor are sodium silicate and thiourea(the ratio is 1:1),the initial surface roughness value of the workpiece reduced from 1.260?m to 0.167?m after the barrel finishing.After processing for 20min,the material removal rate on the workpiece surface was 0.089mm~3/min,the surface brightness was significantly improved,and the processing effect was optimal.(4)The micro-characterization was carried out on the test piece after barrel grinding and finishing.The surface morphology and surface morphology of the test piece were observed with an optical microscope,and the friction and wear test was carried out on the test piece.The results show that the average grain size on the surface of the test piece decreases and the number of grains increases after 50 minutes of barrel finishing under the action of a composite corrosion inhibitor slurry(sodium silicate and thiourea ratio of 1:1).Grain refinement appears on the surface.Although the reduction in grain size will lead to a decrease in corrosion resistance,the change in grain size is not large enough,but the corrosion resistance on the surface of the test piece has not decreased significantly.After the friction and wear test,the friction coefficient between the rolling block and the surface of the test piece is lower under the action of the grinding fluid,the wear amount of the test piece is smaller,and the lubrication of the grinding fluid is better.(5)The processing effect of composite corrosion inhibitor grinding fluid on other materials was explored.After the compound corrosion inhibitor abrasive liquid was used to roll-finish the high-temperature alloy steel small special-shaped test pieces,the scratches on the surface of the test pieces disappeared,the rust layer and burrs were removed,and the edges were rounded,but the surface roughness value did not improve significantly.The brightness of the surface of the piece has not been significantly improved.In the research work,two new types of roller polishing fluids were prepared,with corrosion inhibitors as the main research object,and roller polishing experiments were carried out on aluminum alloy specimens.Although the amount of corrosion inhibitor added is small,it has a film-forming passivation effect on the surface of the test piece,which effectively reduces the surface roughness value and brightness of the test piece,improves the surface quality of the test piece,and lays a foundation for the further study of the grinding fluid Foundation.
