Financial Risk Analysis And Prevention For JM Company

China is rich in coal.As one of country's economic pillars,coal energy provides an important guarantee for the healthy and stable development of the national economy,the rise and fall of the coal industry has an impact on the stable development of society.In recent years,with the rapid development of the country's new energy sources,the increase of coal imports,the tilt of the national policy and other relative reasons,the problem of excess capacity in coal enterprises has become more and more prominent,most coal companies are facing more and more serious challenges.In this background,how to improve their own competition has become an essential consideration.For the coal enterprise itself,besides the impact of the external environment,enterprise internal management is also an important factor,whose one core content is about contemporary enterprise financial risk management.The existence of financial risk is closely related to the survival and development of enterprises,so it is very important to identify and prevent financial risk properly.Based on the theory of risk management,this paper analyzes the financial situation of JM company from four aspects: Investment,fund raising,market and fund recovery.Focusing on three procedures of enterprise risk management— — financial risk identification,financial risk evaluation and prevention,this paper identifies the financial risk of JM company by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and wall score method,establishes an evaluation index system to predict the warning financial risk,and then levels the financial risk,finallyprovides special prevention measures to different level of financial risk in JM company.The conclusion of this paper can provide reference and guidance to JM Company and similar enterprises,and promote their stable and orderly development.
