With the increasingly fierce competition in the manufacturing industry,how to save production costs and improve management efficiency has become one of the key issues for enterprises.Metal coil is a commonly used raw material in machinery manufacturing industry,and its optimized use is of great significance to reduce the manufacturing cost of products.This paper focuses on the optimization of coil material cutting and the development of its management system.The first step is to optimize the plate specifications when the coil is cutting.Then,according to the optimized plate specifications,the plate arrangement sequence when the coil is opened is optimized.It makes the remaining materials relatively concentrated,improves the utilization rate of materials,and reduces the overall cost of production.Firstly,this paper introduces the background significance of the subject,summarizes the current status of domestic and foreign research on management information systems and cutting issues.On the basis of research on relevant background company,it summarizes the current status of the background company's material management and use.Combined with the actual situation of the production department of the enterprise,the various module management processes of the enterprise are planned and improved,and the concept of "virtual material" is introduced to help the material clerk to use pre-arrived materials or unused surplus materials for pre-layout.Thereby shortening the construction period,improving production efficiency,establishing a material locking mechanism,and standardizing the receipt and use of materials.Secondly,this paper optimizes the plate specifications after pre-cutting,establishes a plate cost optimization model that considers the overall cost,and uses genetic algorithms to solve it.By comparing the optimization schemes of different specifications and types,the equilibrium relationship between material utilization,production setup cost and inventory management costs is studied.Within a certain range,you can get an optimized solution that saves total production costs by reducing sheet specifications and controlling the overall cost.Thirdly,on the basis of the specification optimization,the coil cutting sequence optimization is studied to convert the coil opening problem into a one-dimensional blanking problem.Two optimization models for single-specification and multi-specification coils were established respectively.A heuristic algorithm with the shortest remaining material,the shortest total length of the used material,and the largest average length of the arranged plates as the search principle is proposed.Afterwards,the algorithm is verified by experiment.The data shows that the algorithm can make the production residual materials relatively concentrated,and save the use of materials,which has a certain optimization effect.On the basis of the above theoretical method research,the functions of each module of the management information system are designed.Permission description through UML use case model.Then,the database and function interface of the management information system are designed.Finally,the full text is summarized,and the next research direction is pointed out.
