Workshop sites generally have problems with heterogeneous control systems,inconsistent data specifications,diverse workshop protocols,and high equipment integration costs.And the industry lacks the relevant standards and systems for the implementation of CNC equipment integration and interconnection and interoperability.To this end,this paper analyzes the domestic and international status of CNC equipment information model,interconnection and interoperability related protocols and MTConnect technology.Finally,the MTConnect protocol is adopted as the protocol basis for the integration and interconnection of CNC equipment.The research on the standardization of manufacturing CNC equipment description information model based on the MTConnect protocol and the complete solution of smooth interconnection and interoperability between equipment and between equipment and upper-layer systems were conducted.(1)Research on the technical framework of interconnection and interoperability of CNC equipment based on MTConnect.This paper analyzes the basic architecture and device description method of MTConnect protocol and the stages and objectives of the realization of CNC equipment interconnection and interoperability,and proposes a technical architecture of CNC equipment interconnection and interoperability based on MTConnect.This architecture contains 4 basic modules and 2 key technologies:equipment,networking facilities,protocol integration layer,application layer,CNC equipment standardized information model modeling technology,interconnection and interoperability implementation technology.This architecture supports the realization of semantically consistent,low-cost,and low-level CNC equipment integration,data sharing,and secure interoperability.(2)Research on the standardized method of CNC equipment information model based on MTConnect.By establishing the semantics of CNC equipment information description and mapping rules to the MTConnect information model,and clarifying the equipment modeling process and XML-based equipment description method,the standardization and consistency of the equipment information model is achieved.Provide standardized data description template support for the realization of shielding heterogeneous equipment source data.(3)Research on the middleware design and supporting methods for the interconnection and interoperation of CNC equipment.This paper designed a configurable and integrated Agent interconnection interoperability middleware,and proposed the implementation technology and method of each module.The integrated middleware has functions such as self-adaptation of the collection protocol,data acquisition and caching,source data integration,socket communication,and interoperability.According to different types of communication protocols and interfaces,an integrated strategy for middleware and three types of CNC equipment is established.Three types of CNC equipment including only PLC communication interface,Ethernet port and serial communication.This paper analyzes the interaction process and logic between equipment/upper-layer systems and middleware in the process of equipment interconnection and interoperability,and proposes application layer data acquisition technology based on HTTP protocol and machine tool interoperability implementation technology based on Interface components.These Clarified the implementation method and process of data acquisition and interoperability design.(4)Design interconnection interoperability test verification platform,and use the architecture,method and technology proposed in the article to deploy.The results verify that using consistent methods can efficiently and accurately obtain equipment production and operation data and conduct interoperable design.These can confirm the feasibility and effectiveness of related methods.
