With the development and application of the automation technology and modern information technology,the production mode of manufacturing is shifting to informatization and intelligence,traditional manufacturing workshop is gradually transforming and upgrading to digital workshop.Gear is a kind of mechanical parts which widely used in automobiles,machine tools,aerospace and other fields,the demand is increasing.Gear manufacturing workshops urgently need digital management methods to improve the production management efficiency of workshop and reduce the resource consumption of workshop.Therefore,this paper studies the production management system for the multi-varieties and mass gear manufacturing digital workshop.Firstly,aiming at the characteristics and problems of multi-varieties and mass gear manufacturing workshop,completed the demand analysis of the production management system of the gear manufacturing workshop,the overall scheme of the production management system for gear manufacturing digital workshop was established,which including the equipment layer,the data collection layer,the functional layer and the human-machine interface layer.And the functions of the system was designed based on the overall scheme.Then,made research on the key technologies of production management system for multi-varieties and mass gear manufacturing digital workshop.Aiming at the production scheduling problem of multi-variety and mass gear manufacturing workshop,a multi-objective production scheduling model considering processing energy consumption and makespan was established.Aiming at the problem of rescheduling caused by abnormal events such as equipment faults,abnormal quality,logistics delay,and order change in the gear manufacturing workshop,a multi-objective rescheduling model considering processing energy consumption,makespan,and equipment deviation was established.An algorithm combined local search and multi-population genetic algorithm was proposed,the effectiveness of the model and algorithm were verified by the instances.There are kinds of equipment faults in multi-variety and mas gear manufacturing workshop,they are difficult to solve the faults timely and rapidly,an equipment fault management solution based on knowledge base was present to solve the equipment faults.Firstly,summarized the common equipment faults characteristics,the causes of the faults and their maintenance solutions in the gear manufacturing workshop,then completed the knowledge base of common equipment faults cases in gear processing workshop by establishing the relationship between them,finally,the equipment faults maintenance solutions of the gear manufacturing workshop was ratiocinated based on the equipment fault characteristics to support the efficient solution of the gear manufacturing workshop equipment fault.Finally,based on the above research,developed the production management system combined with the actual situation of a group car gear manufacturing digital workshop.The system could realize the production tasks management,production scheduling management,equipment faults management,tools change monitoring management,quality monitoring management and other functions.It has important practical value to facilitate the digital upgrade and intelligent transformation of traditional gear manufacturing workshops. |
