Climate change has become one of global issues,and carbon emissions are the most important factor that causes climate change.With the development of cryogenic technology,thermal insulation preparation process is widely used in the fields of construction,automobiles,ships,pipeline and aerospace.The thermal insulation preparation process is composed of spraying and grinding,which produces a lot of carbon emissions.How to analyze the carbon emissions of the thermal insulation preparation process quantitatively is the basic of reducing carbon emissions.Current researches on the thermal insulation preparation process are mainly concentrated in the aspects of thermal insulation performance and mechanical strength,which is a lack of quantitative research on the carbon emissions of the thermal insulation preparation process.Therefore,a parametric model of carbon emissions for thermal insulation preparation process was established,which can be used to analyze the carbon emissions of thermal insulation preparation process quantitatively.The work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,the thermal insulation preparation process was analyzed,on this basis,a carbon emissions modeling method based on process analysis was proposed.The system boundary and function unit of the ccarbon emissions model of thermal insulation preparation process were determined,the process data list and carbon emissions factors were collated,and a carbon emissions parameterized model of thermal insulation preparation process was established.Furthermore,an optimization framework of carbon emissions model based on sensitivity analysis was proposed.The algorithm design of Sobol’s global sensitivity analysis was completed,and the global sensitivity analysis of the carbon emissions parameterized model was performed.The key parameters of the carbon emissions parameterization model were identified,thereby the dimensions of the model was reduced and the carbon emissions model of the thermal insulation preparation process was optimizated on this basis.Finally,a verification scheme for the carbon emissions model was designed based on the life cycle assessment software Sima Pro.The carbon emissions of the thermal insulation preparation process of an aerospace company was simulated in Sima Pro,and the effectiveness of the carbon emissions model was verified on this basis.The characteristics of the influence of the thickness of foam layer,the thickness of protective layer,the spraying ratio and the grinding rate on the carbon emissions of the thermal insulation preparation process were analyzed based on the established carbon emissions model of thermal insulation preparation process.
