| With the implementation of China’s“One Belt,One Road”strategy,marine trade and marine resource development will promote national economic development.The broad sea area of China contains abundant natural resources such as oil and gas,marine living,and marine mineral etc.Under the background of the vigorous development of secondary and tertiary industries in China’s coastal areas,it is of great significance to develop marine trade and ocean resources.Series of N-allyl-BIT-formamide acrylic resin,N-allyl-N-methyl-BIT-formamide acrylic resin and BIT-formic acid-S-allyl ester polyacrylate were designed and synthesized in this paper.The structures of the synthetic compounds were confirmed by IR and~1H-NMR spectroscopies.The biological activities were evaluated through the algae growth inhibition experiments on three marine algae:Isochrysis galbana,Chlorella pyrenoidosa,and Nannochloropsis oculata,and antibacterial activity experiments on Vibrio coralliilyticus,Staphylococcus aureus and Vibrio parahemolyticus.In addition,the antifouling performances of the acrylic resin were also evaluate by the inhibition of barnacle larvae and the marine field tests.1.The results of algae growth inhibition experiments show that the three types of resins have inhibitory effects on the growth of three marine algae,and the growth inhibitory effects on the three types of algae are as follows:Chlorella pyrenoidosa,Nannochloropsis oculata,Isochrysis galbana.2.The results of fungal growth inhibition experiments show that the three types of resins have inhibitory effects on the growth of three marine fungi,and the growth inhibitory effects on the three types of bacteria are as follows:Staphylococcus aureus,Vibrio parahemolyticus,Vibrio coralliilyticus.3.The results of barnacle larvae growth inhibition experiments showed that all synthetic resins had better growth inhibition effects on barnacle larvae than the blank control group.Under the same experimental conditions,the effective lethal rate of barnacle larvae at 12 h was less than that at 24 h.4.The experimental results of release rate show that the three series of resins synthesized can ooze anti-fouling agent stably,and the anti-fouling is durable in the lower concentration range.5.The test results of the shallow sea hanging board show that after three months of testing in the marine field,only a small amount of biological adherence is on the surface of the model,and the anti-fouling performance is ideal. |
