| Vigorously developing China's new offshore drilling technology and promoting the localization of drilling platform equipment are important measures in response to the national strategic plan of "Made in China 2025" offshore engineering.Drilling Derrick is an important structural and functional facility in offshore drilling system,on which not only carrying crown block,top drive,travelling block and other drilling equipment are loaded,but also it is the main working place where drill pipe and drilling tools are stored and connected during operation.In this paper,the GM4000D series drilling derrick commonly used in deep water semi-submersible drilling platform is studied for assembling technologies in domestic shipyard.Through the technical analysis of its structural characteristics,technical regulations,construction specifications and prefabricated installation process,the integration of this series of drilling derrick was completed successfully,and the feasibility of domestic construction is discussed.This paper mainly carries out researches from the following aspects:Firstly,according to the structural characteristics of this series of derricks,the design and installation technology of GM4000D series of derricks is analyzed through the investigation of the structure design,and construction technology of drilling derricks at home and abroad.Specific assembly and construction requirements of this series of derricks are formulated in combination with design specifications,API specifications and installation and construction requirements.Secondly,technical construction design of GM4000D derricks is carried out according to the technical,equipment and human resources conditions of Yantai CIMC Raffles Offshore Co.,Ltd.to complete domestic prefabricated tracking,site assembly and closure scheme,construction process and bolt installation.At last,through the summary and feedback of the general installation process of GM4000D Series platform derricks,the feasibility of nationalization of this derrick is discussed,and the rationalization suggestions are put forward. |
