With the fast development of industry and economy today,the society has put forward much more and more strict requirements for metal materials,it is extremely difficult to find a suitable position to satisfy the demand of manufacture for traditional material.Multilayers composite of Al is a new kind of composite material,it has been the ideal auto,high train and aircraft structural materials because of its high strength,plasticity and forming characteristics.The purpose of this project is study high strength,lightweight and high ductility composite material.Braze as the deep processing for Al multilayers composite is also important for the car radiators.With the ARB method,this project has prepared 12 layers and 48 layers AA6061/1060,AA6061/4343 and AA3003/4343 multilayers composite materials,the relationship between the microstructure and mechanical properties were analyzed by OM?SEM?hardness test,tensile test and cupping test.The braze of Al multilayers composite material is also studied by this way.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The AA6061/1060,AA6061/4343 and AA3003/4343 composite sheet of 12 and 48 layers have been producted successfully,and the interface is good.(2)As the main component of layered composite material in 6061,with the increase of the layer number,intensity and cupping values increased,after 180? by 4h limitation,The tensile strength of 48 layer 6061/1060 composite materials is 337.89MPa,cup drawing value is 6.69mm,48 layer 6061/4343 composite materials tensile strength is 305.11MPa,cup drawing value is 6.68mm.(3)The plastic of Aluminum alloy composite sheet is not only related with the layer number,also related to the composition and properties of auxiliary material,material is given priority to with 6061 layer structure,the layered composite materials in 6061/1060,48 layers of plastic is best,the extension rate was 4.86%,in 6061/4343 of layered composite materials,12 layer of plastic is best,elongation is 5.43%.(4)In 3003/4343 composite materials,the strength and plasticity increased with the increase of the layer number,after annealing at 300? by 1h,48 layer 3003/4343 composite materials tensile strength is 199.14MPa,the elongation is 5.5%.(5)From the braze of between 3003/4343 multilayers composite and Al(steel),we found that the number of the grain of Si decreased as the rise of temperature.and the number of a(Al)increased and grew up,and become Al-Si eutectic at last,and the strength will increaae.when the tempetature increase overtop,the Corrosion phenomenon will happen.(6)When we keep warm 10min from 630? to 640?,We can get the best organization of brazing seam.
