Abstract/Summary:
Mineral resources are non-renewable natural resources formed through geological mineralization,which are indispensable to human existence.In terms of beneficiation plants,they should pay more attention to the improvement of product quality,reduction of resource consumption and protection of our environment instead of only pursuing economical margins,especially with resources being intensive and every country advocating resource conservation.In the process of beneficiation production,whether the production index management and the situation analysis are good or not will have an impact on the product quality and the production efficiency.In order to meet enterprise’requirements of achieving high product quality and consolidate their competitiveness,it is necessary to carry out the management and analysis of the index for them.The so-called management of production index refers to completing the monitoring and statistics of it in the beneficiation process,via the adoption of advanced technologies.Through analyzing the index data in different dimensions,the staff can accurately keep track of the product quality,energy consumption,process parameters,material information and so on,and at the same time,achieve the assessment of production index information in the process and mobile monitoring of production index.Currently,there already exist some management and analysis systems for the beneficiation production index in domestic concentrators,but some shortcomings still persists in these systems,such as narrow monitoring index coverage,short of multi-dimensional analysis of it and most of the software architecture models being C/S architecture.For the existing problems,this article chooses the Jiugang steel concentrator as the settings to devise and analyze a management and analysis system of mineral processing production index,and relies on the projects of national high-tech research and development plan(863 plan)"technology research and demonstration application of mineral processing production execution system based on internet of things" and "Jiugang iron ore suspended magnetization roasting beneficiation transformation of a project based on the Internet of Things manufacturing execution system research and development" to complete the integration,monitoring,statistical management,multi-dimensional analysis,index evaluation and mobile monitoring of production index data in beneficiation production process.The main work of this article is as follows:(1)Through the research and systematic summary of domestic and foreign studies,an overview description of them about beneficiation manufacturing execution system is given.Describe the existing problems of the system based on the existing application status of the management analysis system of the ore dressing production index and its analysis method,hence analyzing the needs of this system.(2)Based on the completed requirement analysis,the overall design of the ore dressing production index management analysis is completed,including the system’s overall architecture,its overall function and the design of software architecture.Generally the system utilizes B/S network structure model and designs every function model according to the actual needs of concentrators,including data acquisition,operation management,index management analysis,multi-dimensional analysis of production index,report engine,index evaluation,index management mobile terminal.Among them,the index management template supports configurable operation,and the production index management analysis takes charge of day,month,year,main indicators,process indicators and multi-type management analysis.Production index is for multi-analysis of different index types and time.Complete the index monitoring design based on the label propagation algorithm and the mobile monitoring design of the production index.(3)Based on the above designs,the management system of dressing production index has been devised via the realization of front-end and back-end separation,which front-end interface development uses vue.js framework,html+JavaScript+css language,and the back-end engages SSM(Spring mvc+Spring+MyBatis)framework and Java language to encapsulate the Restful Web API.The main functions include:operation management module,report engine module,production statistics management and multi-dimensional analysis module,index evaluation module,mobile terminal accomplishment of index management.Report engine module can support the report engine’s configuration operation.Operations management includes production job scheduling and scheduling shift records.Management and multi-dimensional analysis of production index handles the quality index,energy index,technical index and so forth.Time level can be divided into hours,classes,days,ten days,months and years,which provides an associated indication between comprehensive index and process index.Analysis methods include reports and graphics.Use label propagation algorithm for the evaluation of production index information,and Python language to fulfill this algorithm and encapsulate it as an interface.Anomaly assessment of the production index information is achieved.(4)Validate the devised beneficiation production index management and analysis system under laboratory integrated environment with the actual production data from Jiugang iron casting.The verification module includes the management of production plan and scheduling shift records,the daily management analysis of production index,monthly management analysis,annual management analysis,main index and process index management analysis and index evaluation.The results show that the system meets the actual needs and achieves the design goals.
