Study On Risk Management Of Construction Project Of Steel 1# Converter In Shougang

Project risk management is one of the important knowledge system of project management,project management personnel prior to project execution,prediction and identification of factors may cause the loss of the project,and then through further analysis and evaluation,take effective measures to dispose of the risk.Through the research of project risk management,enterprises can effectively prevent and control risks in all aspects of the operation process,so as to further improve the overall management level and market competitiveness of enterprises.In this paper,the project risk management theory is used to study the risk management of the SGQG1#converter in the middle repair project.First,the current situation and related theories of project risk management at home and abroad are described.Then the present situation of the construction risk management of the SGQG in the converter is introduced.According to the actual situation to carry out the repair of SGQG1#converter,based on the relevant theories of risk management,combined with the safety management to deeply explore the construction of the existence of the problem and the cause of the problem,the risk identification of construction equipment and spare parts from the risk,risk to the operator,the organization and management of project risk,technical risk,operation environment the risk of five aspects.We use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the evaluation of the risk analysis,the risk of SGQG1#converter in repair project construction stage is divided into moderate,the construction stage should focus on equipment and spare parts,the risk of operator risks and management risks three aspects.Finally,the risk response measures and risk monitoring methods are given in view of the risk of equipment,operation and organization management.Through the study of the risk management system and gradually improve the repair of converter,the relevant for the future company has in the maintenance of security and other aspects of the reference value,to a certain extent improve the repair project construction safety management level and professional technical ability,but also on the domestic iron and steel enterprises he equipment repair project to provide reference.
