In the tide of Internet,the traditional sales enterprises are facing new opportunities and challenges.If we follow the traditional extensive sales mode in the past,the enterprises will face the risk of being eliminated by the times.As an old company rooted in Ningxia office and sports market for many years,Ningxia Branch of Deli group is also facing problems such as sales decline and customer loss.This paper will explain how to use the marketing theory and Internet thinking,not only to improve the existing channels of the company,but also to put forward innovative models of channels,and constantly improve the market share and sales performance of the company.This paper first expounds the relevant marketing theory,which is the theoretical basis for the later research.Then with the help of pest,Porter five forces model,SWOT and other methods to analyze the company's marketing environment,on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the problems faced by the company's marketing channels,respectively,for the current stage of the company's direct channel and indirect channel in the pain point of the problem proposed solutions.In addition,on the improvement of the company's existing channels,a series of innovative models are put forward,such as company image experience store,direct chain store,franchise chain store,e-commerce platform,company operation data information center,etc.,which enable the company's marketing channels to weave a three-dimensional marketing channel network from online to offline,from direct to indirect channels,from large experience store to street exclusive store Collaterals.Finally,from the organization,system,talent and other three aspects of specific and detailed security measures to ensure that the company's marketing channel strength has been further strengthened.
