Information technology has accelerated the globalization of the economy,and at the same time,it has also urged companies to continuously use advanced information technology to face fierce competition.Especially with the advent of Industry 4.0 and the Internet+era,in order to make enterprises comply with the development trend of the era,enhance competitive advantages,and strengthen enterprise information construction,it is an inevitable trend and wise choice for manufacturing enterprises to introduce ERP systems in a timely manner.The realization of information management can fully integrate the business of the enterprise,so that business operators can efficiently and systematically manage the production and management process of the business.This paper combines the theoretical knowledge of management information system,supply chain management,sales management,process reorganization,and ASAP implementation methodology,and comprehensively introduces the application research of the GN Group intelligent sales management system based on SAP ERP.Firstly,this paper briefly describes the basic concepts and development history of ERP,the main functions of each module of S AP’s R/3 ERP system software.Then the content of the sales and distribution module is analyzed combining with the requirements of GN Group’s ERP project construction.After that the status quo of information management and sales management of GN group is analyzed,an implementation plan of the GN Group’s intelligent sales management system is proposed,and the business process reengineering theory is used to design the group’s business processes.At the same time,the content of risk management in the project is studied.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to analyze and evaluate the actual application effect of the GN Group’s intelligent sales management system.From the final calculation results,the GN Group’s intelligent sales management system has a significant improvement effect on the Group’s sales operations.Suggestions for improvement are also provided for the deficiencies in the application effect.The experience of GN Group’s intelligent sales management system application is worthy of reference for other enterprises.Among them,the implementation process and risk management of SAP ERP project construction also have certain reference and reference significance for companies that are about to implement ERP projects.
