The accumulated accumulation of fly ash has become my country's largest source of solid waste in coal mines.The accumulated fly ash has caused great harm to people's working environment and living environment around the mining area.At present,disasters such as coal mine floor activation and expansion due to mining fractures are affected by flooding,and flooding wells,personnel casualties and other disasters still occur frequently,which seriously affects coal mine production safety.It is one of the important measures to ensure the safe mining of the pressure-bearing water on the bottom plate for grouting reinforcement of the bottom plate fracture and transforming the pressure-bearing aquifer into a water-proof layer.Aiming at the problem of industrial and mining enterprise waste utilization,this paper develops a new type of floor grouting reinforcement material based on solid waste products on the basis of making full use of industrial and mining enterprise solid waste;solid waste grouting is carried out around the problem of floor grouting reinforcement The main research results of the material optimization experiment,pre-fabricated different crack test specimen grouting experiment and numerical simulation grouting process experiment are:(1)A grouting stone body is prepared by using a large amount of fly ash and clay,and mixing additives.The optimization ratio test,uniaxial compressive strength test,permeability characteristic test,stability test under mine water environment and micro-analysis were carried out respectively to obtain the optimal ratio of material,compressive strength,permeability coefficient and stability under mine water environment.Physicochemical properties such as chemical properties;SEM microanalysis was used to analyze the microstructure and performance of grouting stones,considering the condition of coal seam floor and using solid waste products as much as possible.The fly ash content was 30%and clay content was 30%When the amount of foaming agent is 1%,it can meet the needs of low-cost,high-bonding and dense filling;(2)By using prefabricated rock blocks with different fracture types and a self-made fracture grouting simulation system,the grouting conditions under different grouting pressures,different crack widths and different crack roughness conditions during the grouting process are obtained.The grouting diffusion rule below has verified the feasibility of solid waste grouting materials under test;(3)By using comsol software to simulate the grouting conditions under different crack widths,different pressures and different roughness conditions,the dynamic viscosity change law of the slurry and the flow velocity change law of the slurry are obtained,which verifies the feasibility of the grouting material and the different The consistency of the seepage law of the fissure under the conditions.
