When laneway in broken surrounding rock, country rock originalbalance will be destroyed, jointed further development, in thesurrounding rock mining will be deformed, loose or even destruction ofother phenomena, which directly affect the recovery work performed.When incompatible with laneway supporting means, often can not meetthe support requirements of the site, unable to maintain a stable roadway,with mining work carried out will further cause deformation ofsurrounding rock damage and the roadway more difficult. For crushedrock entry, using only the traditional way support has becomeincreasingly difficult to meet their complex terrain support work androadway maintenance requirements. By using grouting method tostrengthening the surrounding rock, we can improve the mechanicalproperties of the surrounding rock, and enhance the carrying capacity of surrounding rock itself, effectively improve the surrounding rockcrushing conditions, maintaining roadway stability.In this paper, theoretical analysis, the method of combininglaboratory experiments and numerical simulation done the followingstudies:(1) measured by the method of laboratory experiments with cement-uniaxial compressive strength sodium silicate gel slurry and slurryconcretion time, we studied the cement slurry, cement-sodium silicateslurry diffusion law. For varying degrees of broken rock entry, we carriedout grouting material selection, design parameters and grouting groutingprocess.(2) On the basis of the full study geological conditions on theroadway, through numerical simulation software simulation, analysis ofthe surrounding rock stress and displacement around the tunnel roadwayexcavation, roadway analyze stress and displacement as well as duringthe recovery roadway damage plastic change the situation, groutingprogram and make a comment.
