Research On The Influencing Factors Of Knowledge Concentration Effect Of Knowledge Enterprises From The Perspective Of Coupling And Collaboration

In the context of enterprise transformation and upgrading,organizations need four types of supporting conditions to win sustainable competitive advantages,namely adequate capital resources,flexible innovation networks,intensive knowledge resources and a good policy environment.The state and the government have formulated relevant policies one after another to create a good policy environment and provide favorable capital support for the economic activities of enterprises.However,the current situation of the concentration of knowledge resources is not optimistic.As an important force in China's economic construction,knowledge-based enterprises play an important role in improving China's competitiveness.Knowledge-based enterprises refer to enterprises that use knowledge as the main production factor and use knowledge to create value,such as Accenture abroad and Huawei in China.Companies,etc.The key to sustainable development of knowledge-based enterprises in the face of a dynamic and complex competitive environment lies in solving the important condition for supporting competitiveness—the effective exertion of knowledge agglomeration effects.Based on this background,this research focuses on the construction goals of innovation and sustainability in the organizational innovation system,takes knowledge-based enterprises as the research object,extracts the influencing factors of knowledge agglomeration effects,and analyzes the knowledge agglomeration effects from two perspectives:theoretical discussion and empirical testing Conduct research to enrich relevant theories such as innovation policies and knowledge agglomeration,and hope to provide useful suggestions for the critical bottleneck period of the development of knowledge-based enterprises,and hope to dig deeper into relevant research perspectives on knowledge agglomeration with higher value.The main research contents and results of this article are as follows:(1)First of all,based on previous scholars' research,the definition and characteristics of knowledge-based enterprises are further summarized and summarized,and it is proposed that knowledge-based enterprises(Knowledge enterprise-KE)refers to engaging in innovative activities such as knowledge and technological production to innovate and create knowledge As the core,the enterprise takes tangible and intangible products as the carrier;summarizes two important characteristics of the knowledge-based enterprise:?
