Objective:To study the anti-oxidation and anti-fatigue effects of irradiation on rhodiola rosea.Methods:DPPH scavenging capacity,ABTS scavenging capacity,hydroxyl radical scavenging capacity and total antioxidant capacity were used in this experiment to determine the effects of different irradiation doses on the antioxidant capacity of rhodiola rosea.The effects of 60co-stand irradiation on the anti-fatigue effect of rhodiola rosea rosea were tested by animal experiments.The results showed that the antioxidant effect of 60co-irradiation rhodiola rhodiola extract by 5,10,20 and 30 kGy was higher than that of unirradiated rhodiola rhodiola extract,but slightly lower than that of vitamin C.In the ABTS and DPPH free radical scavenging test and the total antioxidant capacity test,the free radical scavenging rate of the alcohol extract irradiated from rhodiola rosea was higher than that of the water extract irradiated from rhodiola rosea.In the experiment of hydroxyl radical scavenging,the free radical scavenging rate of the water extract irradiated from rhodiola rosea was better than that of the alcohol extract irradiated from rhodiola rosea.60 co-gamma irradiation of rhodiola antifatigue effect test results show that the influence of high,medium and low irradiation dose,irradiation dose group and positive control group in mice climbing pole,prolong swimming time,increase liver and muscle glycogen content and lower the blood lactic acid content compared with the blank group had significant difference(P<0.05),irradiation in rhodiola extracts dosage group compared with irradiation rhodiola high-dose group,more obvious the extension of climbing pole time and swimming time in mice,in turn,increase exercise endurance,obviously increase liver glycogen and muscle glycogen content in mice and delay fatigue,reduce blood lactic acid content It is proved that rhodiola rosea has significant anti-fatigue effect after irradiation.Conclusion:irradiated rhodiola rosea has good anti-oxidation and anti-fatigue effects.
