Studies On Extraction And Separation Of The Effective Ingredients From Rhodiola Rosea

As the main producing area of Rhodiola, the reserves and variety of the west of China is the most, and the general deep exploitation of Rhodiola would be accelerated efficiently with the advancement of exploitation of west.This research aimes to study an efficient way to manufacture a kind of materials or additatives for natural functional food to satisfy consmers . Effective ingrident of Rhodiola is extracted by hot water assisted with microwave radiation . Big molecule ingrident, i.e. ineffective ingrident of the extraction is wiped off by membrane separation method . Small molecule ingriedent, i.e effective ingrident permeated is concentrated by nano-filtration or reverse-filtration , which can be acted as materials or additatives for natural functional food , cosmetic and injecta. And the main conents and results are as follwins :1 Salidroside , the primary functional ingrident of Rhodiola is measured by R-HPLC . The parameter as follows : chromatogram column is reverse HypersiL C₁₈ (10 gm, 4.6 mm ×300 mm) , LC-10AT pump , SPD-10A detector and measured wavelengh is 278nm , solvent is acetonitrile and water (1:12) with pH3.5 , velocity of flow is 1.0 ml/min , injection volume is 10 1.
