polysaccharides and flavonoids in the fruit of Elaeagnus angustifolia are rich,which can regulate the blood circulation of the human body and improve the immunity of the human body.Anti-aging is a "treasure tree" in the desert.Soil salinization has become a serious environmental problem and resource problem in China.As a pioneer of saline-alkali land,not only has good resistance to saline-alkali,but its root system has nitrogen fixation,which can effectively improve soil fertility.In recent years,it has been introduced and cultivated in Hebei and other places for wind and sand fixation and soil improvement.There is a large area of salinized soil to be developed in Shandong,mainly including inland saline-alkali soil in the Yellow River’s old course in Liaocheng City,Heze City,etc.,and coastal saline-alkali soil in the Yellow River Delta areas such as Binzhou City and Dongying City.Yinchuan area is similar to high-level saline-alkali land.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to collect Elaeagnus angustifolia resources from Yinchuan region of Ningxia and introduce them to Shandong to screen out superior strains of Elaeagnus angustifolia that meet the requirements of the introduced land.This study started with the collection and introduction of 34 Elaeagnus angustifolia strains in Yinchuan City,Ningxia,and introduced them to salinized soil in Daiyue District,Taian City.Studies on soil improvement,and development and utilization of Elaeagnus angustifolia products have shown that:1、Preliminary selection of Elaeagnus angustifolia superior line.Through field survey of34 P.jujube strains introduced into Taian City,Shandong Province,it was found that Elaeagnus angustifolia can grow normally in Shandong.Three fast-growing Elaeagnus angustifolia strains were initially selected according to different indicators.,Three strains of ornamental date,three strains of salt and alkali tolerance.The fast-growing sand jujube was screened based on three indicators: plant height,ground diameter,and lateral stem.It was found that Ning0592,Ning0599 A,and Ning0561 B had obvious advantages.Therefore,these three lines were initially selected as fast-growing.The Elaeagnus angustifolia was selected based on leaf area,fruit shape index and single fruit weight.It was found that Ning 0559 B,Ning 0603,and Ning 0620 showed obvious advantages,so these three lines were selected as ornamental type.Salinity-tolerant type is based on leaf chlorophyll content,leaf malondialdehyde content,and leaf superoxide dismutase content as screening indicators.It was found that Ning 0599,Ning 0530,and Ning 0366 had obvious advantages,and were initially selected as salt and alkali resistant Type date.2.The improvement effect of on salinized soil The physicochemical properties of soil samples taken from the roots of Elaeagnus angustifolia were compared by comparing the physical and chemical properties of soil samples from three treatment groups sampled from the roots of Elaeagnus angustifolia with those from the control group.The properties are better than those of the non-Elaeagnus angustifolia root control group.Among the soil p H,Y1,Y2,and Y3 treatments are lower than CK treatment,and Y1 treatment has the lowest soil p H value,which is 7.55% lower than CK.In terms of soil total nitrogen content,It showed a trend of Y1> Y2> Y3> CK.The total nitrogen content of Y1 soil was the highest,which was significantly higher than that of CK treatment.The total phosphorus content of Y1 treatment was significantly higher than that of CK and other treatments,and the Y1 treatment was significantly higher than CK.Y1 treatment is 36.93% higher than CK,Y2 treatment is 33.46%higher than CK,and Y3 treatment is 16.27% higher than CK.In terms of soil total potassium content,the same trend as soil total nitrogen content is that Y1 treatment is greater than Y2 treatment is greater than Y3 treatment was significantly higher than CK;in terms of soil trace elements zinc and iron,the root treatment group of Elaeagnus angustifolia root was higher than the control group of non-P.Jujube root;in terms of soil enzyme activity,the content of different extraction temperatures on the effective ingredients of Elaeagnus angustifolia Liqueur,the advantages of high-and low-temperature extraction are large,showing the trend of high-low temperature extraction> normal temperature extraction> low-temperature extraction;Quotient Judging from the comparison of the active ingredients of Jinjiu,the Chinese date wine is higher than Jinjiu in terms of sugar,acid,and flavonoids.The sugar content is higher than that of Jinjiu by32.48%,and the acid content is 2.72.Times,the flavonoid content,and the date wine is 8.75%higher than the strength wine.In terms of sensory flavor comparison,the date wine has a natural golden yellow and plant aroma,and the flavor is fuller and more typical than the strength wine.4.Research shows that the introduction of Elaeagnus angustifolia from Yinchuan area to Shandong has good adaptability in Shandong.According to the field investigation,among 34 strains of Elaeagnus angustifolia strains,preliminary screening of fast-growing Elaeagnus angustifolia,ornamental Elaeagnus angustifolia,and salt-tolerant type Elaeagnus angustifolia was conducted.Through research on the root soil of Elaeagnus angustifolia,it was found that Elaeagnus angustifolia had effects on salinized soil.It can improve the soil p H,increase soil fertility,increase soil enzyme activity and microbial content;extracting and leaching from Chinese Elaeagnus angustifolia and Chinese medicinal materials to make Chinese Elaeagnus angustifolia dew,and carry out optimization research,develop new products
