| Iron chromium aluminum filament as a kind of high temperature resistance,strong strong anti-oxidation,conductive,thermal conductivity of materials,with softness,similar to the chemical fiber knitted fabric and woven nets are made with the fabric has been widely used in high temperature flue gas purification,automobile tail gas purification,industrial burner,etc,is mainly used for production of automobile exhaust purifier,high-temperature filter felt,burner,etc.However,due to the metal characteristics of ferrochrome aluminum filament,high fiber density and inelasticity,the opening is not smooth in the weaving process,and the end of the warp is easy to break,the surface of the cloth after the machine is hairy,elastic,poor hand feeling.In view of the above problems,the ferrochrome aluminum filament is studied in twisting and weaving,which endow it with certain yarn tension and elasticity to make it weave smoothly and improve the quality of the fabric.This subject mainly uses ferrochrome aluminum filament with fiber diameter of 22 μm,number of tow cores of 275 and fineness of 728 tex to conduct twisting research.The research contents and results are as follows:(1)Maintain and improve the special twist equipment of XPU-TF4-I,including the material improvement of each tension device,the adjustment of the speed and smoothness of transverse guide rod,and the shaping and adjustment of winding bobbin,etc.The twist quality of the improved twist equipment has been improved.(2)A radial unwinding and doubling machine is designed for yarns requiring precise twist or high-performance filament for special purposes to reduce the twist error of yarn axial unwinding,especially the twist irregularity of low twist,so as to ensure the consistency of tension and the accuracy of twist for further twist research.(3)Independent research and development at the university of XPU-TF4-I filament bundle of special twisting device,single yarn of iron chromium aluminum filament on 6n/m,10 n/m and 14 n/m,on the basis of the single yarn twist find thread strength biggest stock line should add twist for 8 n/m,12 n/m and 19 n/m,at the same time,twistless yarn merger as the reference,draw a twist on tensile properties,wear resistance,yarn hairiness value and the influence of weaving performance.The experiment shows that the elongation of the twisted ferrochrome aluminum filament is higher than that of the untwisted blended yarn,that is,the elasticity is higher.(4)The sample quality of 12 n/m strand is better,the opening is clear and there is no broken end,which solves the difficulty of weaving on the ferrochrome aluminium filament and improves the quality of ferrochrome aluminium mesh fabric.For the ferrochrome aluminum filament of this specification,in order to obtain a better ferrochrome aluminum mesh cloth,the twist value of the single yarn is selected around 10n/m,and the twist value of the reverse twisted strand is selected around 12 n/m.To sum up,twisting for iron chromium aluminum filament can weaving performance is improved,in the pursuit of yarn strength and elastic at the same time,also should fully consider the effect of harmful hairiness for weaving,thus according to different application environment and specific quality requirements,choose the optimal yarn twist twist,get good quality iron chromium aluminum mesh cloth.47 Figures,26 Tables,96 References. |
