The spinning process is the foundation and key link of the entire textile industry.As the most widely used spinning method,ring spinning has a relatively simple mechanical structure,strong product suitability and excellent yarn quality.The twisted triangle is a key area of ring spinning,and its geometry directly affects the distribution of the spinning tension and determines the yarn quality and spinning efficiency.In the spinning research,there are many spinning methods that affect the yarn quality by a certain means to affect the shape of the twisted triangle.The concentrated spinning developed on the basis of ring spinning is one of the most successful new ring spinning technologies.The concentrated spinning eliminates the spinning twisted triangle by the coherence of air pressure or mechanical means,so that all the fibers are tightly twisted into the yarn body,the yarn hairiness is greatly reduced,and the yarn strength is also improved.However,the traditional ring spinning and its improved concentrated spinning have the defects of high energy consumption and high maintenance cost.Therefore,this paper proposes a new parallel spinning technology.After the conventional ring spinning is added to the device of the subject,the strength of the yarn can be improved,the hairiness is lowered,and the device is simple to install and disassemble,and economical and quick.The new parallel spinning is a new spinning technology based on the breakthrough improvement of traditional ring spinning.By adding the vibration module between the front roller and the guide hook close to the front roller jaw,the low twisting process prevents the twisting from being transmitted upward by the wire loop during the spinning process,thereby increasing the twisted triangle area and making it nearly close.Parallel,reduce the yarn breakage rate and increase the consistency of the fibers in the yarn.The obtained yarn,under the same conditions,is8% stronger than the ring spinning,and the harmful hairiness is reduced.In this paper,we have explored the system of new parallel spinning,and selected several typical research programs to demonstrate the determination process of the new ring spinning technology and its advantages compared with ring spinning.Multi-directional exploration is accomplished by varying the density,fill,particle diameter,and spinning twist of the internal particles of the vibration module.In this paper,zirconia and stainless steel particles of different diameters are selected to be loaded with vibration modules that can vibrate at a certain frequency with different filling degrees.The independent high-speed rotating motor drives the connecting rods to drive the high-frequency vibration of the vibration module.Through the periodic testing of a large number of yarn quality in the new parallel spinning and ring spinning,the statistical method "independent sample t-test" has made a quality difference analysis on the yarn quality of the new parallel spinning and ring spinning.After partial analysis,a new experimental protocol was replaced for further exploration.At the same time,compared with the yarn quality of the curve soft spinning,the ideal test result is obtained,that is,the yarn forming strength of the two spinning methods is better than the ring spinning,and the new parallel spinning has a high improvement on the yarn strength.Soft drafting on the curve.
