| This Paper analyzes and utilizes classical project management theory to improve Y Company's NPI project stage-gate process.During using and studying Y Company's NPI project staged-gate process,the author of his paper finds that although this process is suited to guide reviewing and approving the staged NPI project phases,it is not a continuous systematic quality management system,and Y company just spontaneously have executed NPI project quality management by resort to its good routine working process and routine quality management system.We know quality management system containing quality planning,quality controlling,quality improving has been proved to be a classic theory with seven great basic principles and six great fundamentals.The author tries to use the classic project quality management system to improve Y Company's NPI project stage-gate controlling process.On the bases of the stage-gate controlling idea,concept,feasibility,development,scale-up,and launch,the author accordingly adds to the theory of project management,to smooth the NIPI project and ensure the project quality.By the utilization of the deduced theory model to Y Company's dumpling modeled active carbon filter respirator NPI project,the paper convinced the readers of its effectiveness in improving Y Company's NPI project quality. |
