As an important agricultural product,pesticides effectively increase the yield of agricultural products.Due to the long-term use of a large number of people,it brings benefits to people,but also brings harm to human health and the environment.With the increasing awareness of environmental protection and food safety,the development of green,high-efficiency and low-toxic pesticides has become the mainstream of current pesticide development.As an important raw material for pesticide synthesis,pesticide intermediates have attracted more and more attention.Quinoline compounds are important pesticide intermediates with important biological activities and are intermediates for many anti-malarial drugs,fungicides and insecticides.Therefore,efficient and green quinoline synthesis methods are of great significance in the development of agricultural and industrial materials.This paper focuses on two types of compounds,4-arylquinoline compounds and coumarin and quinoline compounds.This article starts from the following five aspects:1.Using dimethyl sulfoxide as the C1 source,methanesulfonic acid promotes the reaction between aniline compound and the acetophenone compound to form a 4-arylquinoline derivative in one pot;dimethyl sulfoxide as the Cl source,the coumarin and quinoline derivatives were synthesized in one pot by an aniline compound and a 4-hydroxycoumarin compound with oxygen as an oxidant.2.Optimizing the reaction conditions,screening out the optimal reaction conditions,and increasing the reaction yield.3.The substrate was screened under the optimal reaction conditions to explore the applicability of the method.4.The hypothesis and exploration of the reaction process was proposed via a possible mechanism and verified further.5.Some compounds were selected for the antibacterial activity experiment.In this paper,a new method for the synthesis of 4-arylquinoline compounds and coumarin and quinoline compounds were developed,and 24 4-arylquinoline compounds were synthesized,of which 7 were not reported in the literature;There are 16 coumarin and quinoline compounds 5 which contained 6 new compounds,were not reported.The structures of these compounds were characterized by 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectra of nuclear magnetic resonance,and some of the compounds were characterized by high resolution mass spectrometry.These two methods have the advantages of novelty,high efficiency,economy,environmental protection,and mild conditions.In this paper,the antibacterial activity of some compounds was tested.The experiments showed that the compounds have certain antibacterial activity,which provided a foundational research for the subsequent exploration of the biological activity of the compounds.
