As the production life of gas wells increases,there will be insufficient downhole pressure in gas wells,which will cause problems such as a decrease in production.The most direct method for this situation is to reduce the wellhead pressure and increase the pressure difference between the reservoir and the bottom of the well.The most commonly used method to achieve this method is the wellhead pressurization device.The most important part of the core working machine of the device is the compressor part.Whether the compressor can meet the working requirements,and whether its working condition and environment are under normal working conditions,This affects the efficiency of the entire armored equipment.As the production life of gas wells increases,there will be insufficient downhole pressure in gas wells,which will cause problems such as a decrease in production.The most direct method for this situation is to reduce the wellhead pressure and increase the pressure difference between the reservoir and the bottom of the well.The most commonly used method to achieve this method is the wellhead pressurization device.The most important part of the core working machine of the device is the compressor part.Whether the compressor can meet the working requirements,and whether its working condition and environment are under normal working conditions,This affects the efficiency of the entire armored equipment.Based on the design of the overall enthalpy system of the wellhead pressurization device,the paper focuses on the parameter design and research of the core working machine part of its non-standard parts,and the design of its cooling system.Based on the specific working conditions and exhaust conditions of the selected target block,combined with the structure of the advanced wellhead supercharging device GasJack,the thermal calculation and related parameter design of the whole device are first carried out,and it is verified whether it satisfies the theory in terms of power and gas volume.The operating conditions,then use the software Solidworks to establish a three-dimensional model of the cylinder flow field,use the software ANSYS Meshing to mesh the model,and then use the ANSYS Fluent platform to set the dynamic mesh into the UDF for the model with the mesh divided,and carry out The simulation is performed to obtain the changes of the temperature field and the pressure field of the cylinder,and the obtained temperature and pressure curves and the cloud image are analyzed.Finally,based on the simulation restults of ANSYS Fluent,the calculation and design of the key pretreatment system and cooling system of the enthalpy process are carried out for the natural gas feed gas composition of a certain oil recovery block.
