Gas field oil extraction sewage is characterized by the high content of suspended solids and oil, the strong corrosion, and the serious scaling.etc. In this paper, through the understanding of the research, both at home and abroad, about the treatment of gas field wastewater and the water quality characteristics of produced water, further study has been carried out from the aspect of exploitation of efficient flocculants, scaling and corrosion control technology, water quality stability, skid-mounted type sewage treatment equipment and process flow and so on. Analysis of the running situation of sewage treatment device in Yingmaili, Kela2and Yaha areas has been put into effect respectively, and according to the produced water quality test performed on the spot, more focus has been put on the study of the effects of flocculant dosage on water quality. The preliminary conclusion is drawn about the modified treatment scheme and dosing scheme of the gas field produced water of the three operation area. And to design a treatment process based on the characteristics of such a high salt content of the oil and gas fields, which making the skid-mounted technology can be widely applied. The results show that:For the Yingmaili Gas Field, the improved treatment process is waste water→adding chemicals→flocculation sedimentation and filtration; Chemical system is removing iron and pH regulator-flocculant-coagulant agent system; renovation costs1800000yuan. For the Kela2gas field, the improved treatment process is to use built sewage treatment process enabled, use existing300m3tank as the receiving tank and add a10m3reactor as place for agent mixing with water; using the walnut shell to filter the waste water and the filtered water and sewage mixed into the biochemical reaction tank; Chemical treatment system is the removing iron agent and pH regulatorã€flocculant〠coagulant agent system; renovation costs1820000yuan. For Yaha gas field, the improved treatment process is two flash water (use special device and the three stage flash water mixing pipeline mixer)→1-1.5m3reactor→hydraulic cyclone device→second filtration (walnut shell filter and quartz and or level two walnut shell)â†YH7X1well;Add a1-1.5m3reaction device; Chemical treatment system is the removing iron agent and pH regulator〠flocculantã€coagulant agent system; and the cost is740000yuan. |
