| With the progress of the times,great changes have taken place in China’s economic environment,social environment and residents living mode.People’s quality of life becomes higher and higher.Sustained and rapid growth of Chinese economy brings China’s auto industry a leapfrog development.Consumers increasingly pay attention to car interior driving atmosphere when buying cars.Consumers’ attentions put forward new requirements to car interior materials production technology,production capacity,material type,also provide the space of to improve Malivlies technology in China.Malivlies technology develops quickly in our country,if we want to make Malivlies non-woven materials win places in technical development and in the Car interior fabrics market,win the favor of the car manufacturers and automotive consumers,we should Research and development new Malivlies non-woven materials to satisfy more consumers without hesitate.Headliner of car is the biggest place where textile materials are used,and also the important part that direct to display the interior environment to consumers.So the cars used good performance,quality textile materials can enhance its appeal to consumers.According to the model of cars,combined with the existing production process equipment,as well as the shape of headliner,the GM corporation established 22 performance standards about Malivlies non-woven materials.The Malivlies non-woven materials finally confirmed must meet the above performance standards,and meet the tensile property,Scratch resistance requirements in the process of practical application.The train of thought for the issue is choosing the right fibers according to the requirements of Malivlies non-woven materials firstly.This issue raised two solutions to solve the contradiction between the tensile properties and the scratch resistance,one is to reduce the proportion of 4080 functional polyester fibers,using hot-pressing way to make Malivlies non-woven material and the headliner stick together;the other is dipping the Malivlies non-woven materials without 4080 functional polyester fibers in chemical adhesive,using hot-pressing way to make dipped Malivlies non-woven materials and the headliner stick together.The two solutions are designed to research and develop the Malivlies non-woven materials that most meet the requirements of practical application and confirm best the ratio of its raw materials.Then the Malivlies non-woven material breaking strength,trapezoidal tear strength,would be tested.According to the results of tests,the actual situation of the samples sticked together with the headliner,and the equation of linear regression to analyze the influencing factors of elongation.This issue selected mixing colored polyester fibers,4080 functional polyester fibers,white polyester fibers to confirm Malivlies non-woven materials’ color;through the determination results of sample color,change and improve the color of the colored polyester fiber until the sample’s color is as same as the standard color.Finaly Anti-water properties,odor and other performance would be tested.One of the two most difficult problems in the issue is to solve the contradiction between tensile properties and scratch resistance,including choose what finishing method,what kind of chemical adhesive,and what concentration of the chemical adhesive and so on,the other is confirming the color of the Malivlies non-woven materials,including the way in which the material color is determined,how to determine the ratio of colored polyester fibers.By solving the problems encountered in the research process and the practical application process,the Malivlies non-woven materials which meet the above 22 performance standards and practical application requirements are finally developed,and the best raw material ratio and the optimum processing technology are determined.China’s Malivlies non-woven materials industry has great potentials.playing a reference role for the relevant enterprises is what this research and development hoped. |
