Our country is rich in Camellia oleifera,is the world's major camellia oil producing countries,Camellia oleifera is not only rich in oil,as well as a variety of active ingredients such as tea saponin,tea polyphenols and tea polysaccharides,etc.But currently,the traditional camellia seed production process,there are problems to a certain extent,the low yield and poor quality oil,and time consuming,and in the camellia seed of tea saponin and other products have not been fully utilized.In order to solve this problem,it is necessary to study the development of new extraction method.Camellia seed was the object in this paper,to carry out the research on subcritical water extraction(SWE)technology was employed to extract of camellia oil and tea saponin from camellia seed simultaneously;the effect of subcritical water extraction conditions on the extraction of polysaccharides,polyphenols and flavonoids from camellia oleifera seeds study;and then compared with Soxhlet extraction,cold pressing and subcritical water extraction on the physicochemical properties of camellia oil method;to make clear the advantages and disadvantages of extracting camellia oil by subcritical water method;Through the study of camellia oil in subcritical water hydrolysis reaction process,the reaction dynamics model is established.The main results are as follows:(1)Simultaneous extraction of camellia oil and tea saponin by subcritical water.Study on the simultaneous extraction of camellia oil and tea saponin from Camellia oleifera seed by subcritical water.The single factor and response surface analysis results show that the extraction temperature,liquid-solid ratio,extraction time of 3 main factors have significant effect of camellia oil and tea saponin on subcritical water extraction,The influence of size:extraction temperature>liquid-solid ratio>extraction time.The optimum conditions for the extraction of camellia oil and tea saponin by subcritical water extraction were as follows:extraction temperature of 125?,extraction time of 30 min,liquid-solid ratio of 11:1 mL/g and pressure of 3 MPa,Under the optimum extraction conditions,the extraction rate of camellia oil was(92.06±1.61)%,and the extraction rate of tea saponin was(72.2±1.06)%?(2)The effects of different extraction methods on the physicochemical properties of Camellia oil.The physical and chemical properties of camellia oil obtained by Soxhlet extraction,cold pressing and subcritical water extraction were compared.That subcritical water extraction of camellia oil acid value,peroxide value and iodine value all can reach the national standard.The quality of Camellia oil is similar to that of cold pressing.Compared with Soxhlet extraction,subcritical water extraction of camellia oil color,transparency,odor,density,acid value and peroxide value were better;explained the feasibility of extracting Camellia oil by subcritical water.(3)The influence of subcritical water extraction conditions on the extraction rate of the water-soluble by products in Camellia oleifera seed.The effects of extraction temperature,extraction time and liquid-solid ratio on the extraction rate of polysaccharides,polyphenols and flavonoids were studied.And the extraction temperature on the test proves that the effect of water soluble by products of polysaccharide,polyphenol and flavonoid extraction rate of the maximum,when the extraction temperature was 130?,extraction time was 30 min,liquid-solid ratio was 10:1,the extraction rate of polysaccharides,polyphenols and flavonoids can reach the maximum value.(4)The kinetic model of camellia oil hydrolysis.Under the optimum reaction conditions of camellia oil in subcritical water hydrolysis reaction:the reaction temperature was 290?,the oil-water volume ratio was 1:3,the reaction time was 40 min,the conversion rate up to 97%.The kinetic studies showed that the hydrolysis reaction of camellia oil in subcritical water average reaction a=0.7716,activation energy of Ea=53.15 kJ/mol,frequency factor of A=7256.33,the camellia oil hydrolysis reaction kinetics model-dcA/dt=7256.33e-53.15/RTcA0.7716.
