Camellia seed cake was used as the raw material in this paper.The short chain alcohols,petroleum ether-methanol solution were adopted to extract Tea oil and Tea saponin of camellia seed cake.Then free fatty acids and color were removed from coarse tea oil.And tea oil fatty acid was analyzed by gas chromatograph.The main content in this paper was:Tea oil and tea saponin were together extracted with short chain alcohols from camellia seed cake.First it was proved that isopropyl alcohol solubility of tea oil is better than that of ethanol and methanol,anhydrous isopropyl alcohol is miscible with tea oil at about 60?.The effect on extraction of tea oil and tea saponin was reviewed and The results showed that the optimum technological parameters: camellia seed cake granularity was-60 mesh,isopropyl alcohol concentration was 95%,Solid-liquid ratio was 1:3.5,extractive temperature was 70?,extractive time was 90 min,stirring speed was 20 r/min and extraction twice.Coarse tea oil average yield was 8.10% on average,the average residual oil rate was 0.62%,the tea saponin average yield was6.25% under the best condition of the process.Coarse tea oil color was yellowish-brown,the acid value was 7.90 mg(KOH)/g,freezing point was-5.6?.Tea oil and tea saponin were together extracted with petroleum ether-methanol solution from camellia seed cake.This experiment analyzed the hydrocarbon-alcohol solution as the feasibility of mixed solvent to extract tea oil,and take the camellia seed cake as raw materials,the petroleum ether-methanol solution for mixed solvent extraction of tea oil and tea saponin.The experiment to determine the optimum technological parameters: camellia seed cake granularity was 60 mesh,solid-liquid ratio was 1:3,hydrocarbon alcohol ratio was 1:1,methanol concentration was 95%,extractive temperature was 50?,extractive time was 60 min,stirring speed was 40r/min and extraction twice.Coarse tea oil average yield was 8.38% on average,the average residual oil rate was 0.35%,the tea saponin average yield was 6.13% under the best condition of the process.Coarse tea oil color was brown,the acid value was9.31 mg(KOH)/g,freezing point was-5.6?.With coarse tea oil extracted by petroleum ether-95% methanol as raw materials,ethanol solvent extraction deacidification,mixed acid oil alkali refining process was researched.Ethanol solvent extraction experiments showed that: ethanol quality wasthe oil one time,ethanol concentration was 80%,extraction twice,and tea oil acid value dropped to 5.46 mg/g(KOH),tea oil yield 92.88%.Then with the tea oil was extracted by 80% ethanol as raw material,and mixed oil alkali refining experiment showed that the best process parameters for: mixed oil concentration was 50%,alkali concentration was 5%,the quality of KOH was 64.58mg(KOH)/10g(tea oil),neutralization reaction temperature was 30 ?,and the reaction time was 6min,neutralization reaction stirring speed was 30 r/min.Under this parameter tea oil acid value dropped to 0.49 mg(KOH)/g,and tea oil yield was 95.04%.Tea oil after alkali refining acid was yellow,freezing point was-5.6?,acid value was 0.49mg(KOH)/g,saponification value was 204.78 mg(KOH)/g,iodine value was 74.12g/(100g).Fatty acid of the main ingredients in the tea oil after alkali refining acid was82.79% oleic acid,and 85.02% unsaturated fatty acid.With the tea oil after deacidifying acid as raw material,tea oil decoloring process was researched.The best decoloring process parameters: mixed oil concentration was50%,the quality of decoloring agent was 4% tea oil,activated carbon quality and activated clay quality ratio was 2:8,decoloring temperature 50?,decoloring time was 30 min,stirring speed was 30 r/min.Tea oil once decoloring rate was 77.47%,the tea oil yield was 94.89% under the best technological conditions.The tea oil after decolorization was almost colorless,acid value was 0.50 mg(KOH)/g,freezing point was-5.6?,saponification value was 201.82(KOH)mg/g,not saponification material content was 0.087%,the iodine value was 78.62 g/(100 g).Fatty acid of the main ingredients in the tea oil after decolorizing was 82.90% oleic acid,and 85.16%unsaturated fatty acid.
