Organophosphines have been widely used in luminescent materials,anticancer and anti-inflammatory drugs.coordination ability of Organophosphines is strong,and the complex structure is changeable,In this paper,thirteen Au(I)complexes are synthesized by six Organophosphines,12 single crystals were obtained,And the complexes were studied by IR,1H NMR,XRD.(1),(2),(3),(4),(6),(7),(8),(9),(10),(11),(12),(13)were characterized by single crystal,The luminescent properties of some complexes were also studied.The first part mainly introduces reaction of the ligand phosphine ligands L1,L3 with AuCl(THT)(THT,Tetrahydrothiophene)to synthetise gold complexes,this complexes as raw material,the second ligand 2-Mercaptopyrazine were added on this complex solution,and three kinds of gold complexes were obtained as follows:(1)Au2(L1)(C4H3N2S)2H2Cl2(2)Au2(L3)(C4H3N2S)2 Au2(L3)Cl2H2Cl2(3)Au2(L3)(C4H3N2S)2 H2Cl2The reactive routes of ligands were showed in scheme:(?)The second part mainly introduces the reactions of the Organophosphines.L1,L2,L3,L4 with AuCl(THT),Organophosphines are ligands of Containing pyridine or benzyl,Through this reaction,Gold phosphane complexes(4),(7)were synthetised,Gold phosphane complexes as raw materials were added with phenylacetylene,in the presence of triethylamine,to get gold alkyne complexes(5),(8),(9),which were added with the TMSN3 and methanol,triazole complexes(6),(10)were synthetised and seven kinds of gold complexes were obtained as follows:(4)Au2(L1)Cl2(5)Au2(L1)(C=CPh)2(6)Au2(L1)(phenyltriazole)2(7)Au2(L4)Cl2(8)Au2(L2)(C?CPh)2(9)Au2(L3)(C?CPh)2(10)Au2(L3)(phenyltriazole)2The reactive routes of ligands were showed in scheme:(?)The third part is similar to the second part,ligand L5,L6 does not contain pyridine methyl or phenyl methyl,The reaction of phosphine ligands L5,L6 with AuCl(THT)is to get Organophosphines gold complexes.gold alkyne complexes(13),(11),in the presence of triethylamine and diethylamine,respectively was formed by the reaction of Organophosphines gold complexes with the terminal acetylene,and triethylamine was added In the process of synthetising complexes(12),and three kinds of gold complexes were obtained as follows:(11)Au2(L5)(C?CPh)2[NH2(Et)2]2Cl2(12)Au2(L5)(phenyltriazole)2(13)Au2(L6)(C?CPh)2 The reactive routes of ligands were showed in scheme:(?)Complexes(1),(3)are the product of ligand L1,L3 and AuCl(THT)under the participation of second ligand 2-Mercaptopyrazine,Complexs(1),(3)are dual core gold complexs,Gold was linked to the 2-Mercaptopyrazine group and the phosphine,2-Mercaptopyrazine group has loss a hydrogen atom.complexe(2)is divided into two parts,one part is Cl of AuCl molecular was substituted by 2-Mercaptopyrazine,another part is phosphonic gold complexes was unsubstituted by 2-Mercaptopyrazine,The two part is to crystallize together.Complexe(4)in the structure is similar to compounds(7),is a dual core gold complex.Just one is containing Pyridine methylene,another is containing benzene.Each phosphorus atom is linked to a AuCl molecule,Phosphine ligands through trans bridge with two AuCl molecules,Complexes(5),(8),(9),(11),(13)were formed by the reaction of Organophosphines gold complexes with the terminal acetylene in alkaline conditions,which are similar to the structure,gold and acetylene bonds are good in a straight line.Complexes(6),(10),(12)are products of TMSN3 with gold alkyne complexes in the presence of weak acid,and Au plays an important role in the reaction of[3+2]cycloaddition of the acetylene and TMSN3 in the catalytic activity.
