The chemistry of macrocyclic complexes is the important subject, that incude subjects of physics, materialogy, and biology. And the development of it has been widespread concern. It consists of the following five chapters:In the first chapter, the development of coordination chemistry and macrocyclic chenmistry were introduced concisely, and the application of crown ether and cryptand compounds were also introduced.In the second chapter, Open chain crown eher2,2’-Bis (2-ethyl-carboxyl-phenoxy)ethane (L0) was synthesized by the ethyl salicylate and1,2-dichloroethane, and the crystal of2,2’-Bis(2-ethyl-carboxyl-phenoxy)ethane (L0) was obtained and determined. the result of X-ray single crystal diffraction shows that the crystal belong to orthorhombic crystal system whit Pbcn space group.In the third chapter, open chain crown eher:N,N,N,N-Tetrakis-[(2-benzimidazolyl)methyl]-1,2-ethanediamine(L1) was synthesized by the o-phenylenediamine and EDTA. The crystal of [CdL1]·SO42-·4H2O(1) was obtained by the reaction of ligand(L1) and3CdSO4·8H2O under the hydrothermal condition and its structures was characterized and analyzed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex(1) was consisted of a ligand, a cadmium ion, a sulfate ion and four water molecule.In the four chapter, introduced the synthesis of cryptand and its complexes. Then the ligand(L2):1,4,7,10,13,16,21,21-octaazabicyclo[8.8.8] hexacosane was synthesis by the trisn(2-aminoethyl)amine and glyoxal. The crystals of [Zn2L2]·(NO3-)4·H2O(2),[Zn1.5L2]·(Cl-)3·0.75H2O·ZnCl42-(3),[Pd2L2]·(Cl-)4·6.5H2O(4),[Co2L2]·(NO3-)3·OH-·2H2O(5) and [Cu2L2]·(C6H5SO3-)3·OH-·H2O(6) were obtained by the reaction of ligand(L2) and Zn(NO3)·6H2O, ZnCl2, PdCl2, Co(NO3)2·6H2O,(C6H5SO3)2Cu under the hydrothermal condition and their structures were characterized and analyzed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. All of complexs were consisted of a ligand and two metal ions, the situation of ligand coordinated with negative ion had not existed.
