The Synthesis Of Rosin Modified Acrylic Resin And Development Of Highperformance Water-based Ink Connection

As the pollution of environment is increasingly serious,people's en vironmental protection consciousness become more and more stronger,gr een environmental protection has become the theme of the development o f 21 st century materials.With the characteristics of low pollution,low vo latile,and nonflammable,non-toxic or low toxic,Water-based ink owned more and more attention of people,and it is called " the new green printi ng materials" by people.Connection materials as key ingredient of waterbased ink,its performance determine the quality of the water-based ink di rectly.This work focused on the research of modified polyamide resin and modified polyurethane resin,discussed the preparation methods and cond itions of two kinds of modified resin,and performance of the connection materials made by these resin.And we made analysis and explanation of different production.This experiment using rosin of natural pinus masson iana as raw material,modified with maleic anhydride got maleated rosin,react with ethylenediamine,hexamethylenediamine and piperazine got po lyamide resin.On the basis of this resin we made esterification reaction wi th pentaerythritol,get another kind of alcohol amine mixed polyurethane resin.These two kinds of resin and acrylic monomers crosslinking copoly merization of water-based ink connection compound was prepared,deter mination of the acid value,softening point and stability and coating prope rties such as resistance to water.Through contrast experiment,we got the following conclusions: the reaction conditions,D-A reaction that the optimal temperature is 170 ?,the best weight ratio for kindle(rosin: maleic anhydride);Esterification of optimum temperature is 260 ? 263 ?,the best weight ratio is gave(male ic rosin pentaerythritol).Raw material choice,the choice of maleic anhydr ide,pentaerythritol,respectively,as D-A reaction,esterification reaction of raw materials.Integrated several connection,softening point,acid valu e of material product stability and water resistance of coating film with ad ipic amine as the raw material preparation of alcohol amine mixed connec tion material properties of the most prominent performance.Take the prod uct and guangdong dragon group co.,LTD.,A-1207 type of ink sample t o compare,it is concluded that the appearance of the product is light yello w translucent emulsion,thermal stability,freeze-thaw stability,storage st ability and other properties were similar,the product of the acid value of97 mgkoh/g relatively high denon company samples,product samples of solid content of 29% and dragon company is quite low.It is concluded tha t the product,there is still a gap,and high-end water-based ink can be use d in ordinary substrates of corrugated paper and printing.
