| In this paper, the glycol maleated rosinate modified acrylic acid was synthesized by glucose as raw material. Glucose modified rosin-based macroporous adsorption resin synthesized from the glycol maleated rosinate modified acrylic acid via copolymerization. The characterization and adsorption performance of the target product, the main contents are shown as follows:1.Glucose esters of methacrylic acid monomer had been preared and the optimal conditions were as follows:The molar of methacryloyl chloride:glucose: pyridine was 1:1:60, the reaction temperature was 4℃ and the reaction time was 8h, Glucose esters of methacrylic acid were investigated by UVã€HTPC〠FT-IR〠1H-NMR.2.Glucose modified rosin-based macroporous adsorption resin was synthesized by suspension polymerization method. The polymerization conditions were optimized as follows:The porogen used in an amount of 15% of the monomer, Reacted for 1 hour at 80℃ and then reacted for 2 hour at 95℃, The-product were investigated by FT-IRã€TGã€SEM.3.The adsorption behavior of glucose modified rosin-based macroporous adsorption resin for rue leaves glycosides were studied. The results showed that rue leaf glycosides on the resin adsorption 2 h achieve balance. Adsorption appeared to follow the first order kinetics and film diffusion equation. Adsorption process showed to follow the Freundlich and the Langmuir equation, The adsorption process was endothermic, spontaneous and slow process, The saturation adsorption capacities of resin on the glucose modified rosin-based macroporous adsorption resin was 12.8 mg·g-14. Two alkaloids were isolated and purified by Glucose modified rosin-based macroporous adsorption resin. Flavonoid content of 25% of the Ginkgo biloba extract was purified to 80.9% by macroporous adsorption resin and camptothecin was purified to 99.5%. After the resin being used 10 time, the adsorption amount was 7.9 mg · g-1. |
