| The Fuyu reservoir is typical of paraffinic crude oil.It is difficult to develop because the high paraffin will increase the oil viscosity and density.The effective method is to reduce viscosity,increase oil mobility.It can increase oil flow ratio to enhance oil recovery by reducing the oil viscosity.This paper has developed a new betaine type emulsifier OT to analysis it in three aspects of the performance research,the influence factors research of stability and the flooding experiment.The OT performance research:This paper has developed a new betaine emulsifier according to the mechanism of reducing viscosity.Contrasted with other type of emulsifier,it is founded that the OT has a good effect of reducing viscosity and stability.It can significantly reduce interfacial tension,rapidly strip oil film.In the concentration of 0.5%OT,viscosity reduction rate can be 90%,watershed rate can be lower 60%in 2 hours,interfacial tension can be reduced to 10-3 m N/m,strip oil film rapidly in about 1 minutes.The OT influence factors research of stability:This paper has studied from concentration,volume ration of oil-water,emulsifier viscosity and so on.It is founded that the best concentration is 0.5%.It can increase the stability by increasing emulsifier viscosity.When ratio of oil-water is 1:1,there will be best effect of emulsifying and lowest watershed ratio.When injection rate is 0.5ml/min,there will be emulsification at any ration of oil-water.At a certain injection rate,it is more efficient to emulsifier by higher permeability.The OT flooding experiment:This paper has a research of flooding experiment using OT emulsifier.It is founded that the OT is able to control the mobility by changing oil in water emulsion to water in oil emulsion.That is caused by increased oil-water ratio and reduced emulsifier viscosity.It can increase swept volume by creating water in oil emulsifier tp enhance oil recovery by 20%.The emulsifier OT has a good stability.It can guide the production technology by controlling the influence factors.It has a large potential to improve the develop effect in paraffinic crude oil. |
