With the oil and gas resources declining on the land,the development of global oil and gas is fully extended to the deep sea,offshore oil field will be the global oil and gas energy development of the strategic successor area during 21 st century,the transportation of the admixture of oil and gas will become one of the main means of transportation.With the mixing of oil and water,oil-water two-phase emulsions are formed,because of shearing and interface active material.Oil in water emulsions are usually formed.The rheological property of waxy crude oil emulsion is an important part of oil and water mixed pipeline.The time-dependent rheological properties behaviors of waxy crude water-in-oil emulsion is studied by controling the loading stress,for example,constant stress loading and the loading of shear stress increases linearly.For waxy crude oil emulsions,the yield process is delayed due to the presence of droplets.The yield process is delayed due to the presence of droplets.In order to solve this problem,this paper presents a new yield point determination method,which effectively avoids the problem.And then the yield characteristics are studied,it can be influenced by rate of water content and shear mode of loading.Based on the loading of shear stress increases linearly,linear viscoelastic characteristics are studied,it can be influenced by linear increase rate of shear stress and rate of water content.The regularity of linear viscoelastic duration,elastic modulus and critical linear strain are summarized.Based on constant stress loading,thixotropic properties are studied,according to the change rate of shear rate,the thixotropy mechanism of wax crude oil emulsion was confirmed.And the relation between shear rate and water content is put forward.During the experiment,wall slip phenomenon was found,And the influence of moisture content and loading stress on the strength of wall slip is summarized. |
