Research On Three-Way Behavior Decision-Making In Hesitant Fuzzy Information Systems

In view of the advantages of behavioral decision-making theory and three-way decision theory in uncertain decision-making,this paper constructs three-way decision model guided by behavioral decision-making theory under the hesitant fuzzy information system,and studies its application in practical hesitant fuzzy decision-making problems.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)A three-way decision model based on prospect theory is constructed in the hesitant fuzzy information system.Firstly,in the basic framework of prospect theory,a global reference object is selected.Secondly,by analyzing the wealth status of the object under the gain or loss,the relative result matrix based on inflow and outflow is designed.At the same time,considering that the practical significance of the weighting function is to measure the weight of the decision-making object,the weighting function based on satisfaction is proposed.In view of this,a three-way decision model guided by prospect theory is constructed in the hesitant fuzzy information system,which can realize the ranking decision and classification decision of objects.Finally,through the case analysis,comparative analysis and experimental analysis of the Algerian Forest Fires Data-set in the UCI database,it shows the rationality,stability and superiority of the established model.(2)A three-way decision model based on regret theory is established in the hesitant fuzzy information system.Since the existing research on regret theory under the hesitant fuzzy information system cannot accurately reflect the actual uncertain information,this paper firstly analyzes the classical regret-rejoice function,and proposes a new regret-rejoice function to characterize the actual indecision information.Secondly,with the help of the objects with the largest inflow and outflow and the internal relationship between the data itself,a three-way decision model based on regret theory with both ranking and classification functions is established in the hesitant fuzzy information system.Finally,the practicability,rationality and superiority of the established model are demonstrated by case analysis,comparative analysis and experimental analysis of the Appendicitis data-set in the KEEL database repository and the Cervical Cancer Behavior Risk data-set in the UCI database.
