Laser technology is a major technological invention in the 20 th century.Countries around the world have arranged the laser industry to seize the commanding heights of laser processing technology.In order to keep up with the international development trend and accelerate the development of China's laser industry,the Chinese Academy of Engineering launched the "2035 Development Strategy Research on China's laser technology and application" in 2018.At present,the high-end market of laser cutting is mainly occupied by foreign manufacturers.Due to the weak technical foundation,the domestic laser cutting control system is still in the stage of reference and imitation,and there is still a large gap with foreign advanced products in cutting efficiency,system stability and openness.Developing a control system of high-speed laser cutting machine with complete functions,cost-effective and competitive can effectively solve the blockade of foreign technology and meet the upgrading needs of domestic enterprises for production equipment,which is of great significance.In this article,the laser cutting machine with dual-motion platform is taken as the research object,the software and hardware of the control system are designed,the high speed and high precision laser processing algorithm is developed,and the software development of high-speed laser cutting machine control system based on Ether CAT is completed,The main research work is as follows:Firstly,the overall architecture of high-speed laser cutting machine is developed from hardware and software.The structural characteristics of the dual-motion platform of highspeed laser cutting machine are studied,the key components of the cutting machine are selected,and the hardware platform of the cutting machine is built.The developed control system adopts the software open architecture based on PC,communicates through Ether CAT bus,and runs the control system software in Windows environment,while the Ether CAT master runs in RTOS-32 real-time environment to ensure the real-time performance of the system.Based on the layered architecture,the control system software is divided into humancomputer interaction layer,business logic layer and data access layer.The improved eventdriven architecture is used to optimize the software hierarchical architecture.Secondly,taking windows 10 as the operating system and QT 5.12 as the development platform,the key function modules of control system software are developed.In the interaction layer,the interface is designed,and the simulation function of machining path is realized.In the business logic layer,the main threads of the software are planned,the event router is designed,the decoupling of the business logic layer is realized through the event routing,and the motion code generation module and motion control module are designed.In the data access layer,the data structure of primitives,DXF file analysis and cross domain communication between the control system software and Ether CAT master are designed and implemented.Then,based on the dual-motion platform structure of laser cutting machine,a high-speed and high-precision laser processing algorithm is developed.In this thesis,HP filtering technology is applied to the motion decomposition of macro-micro platform.The smooth trajectory is output to XY motion platform,and the local small and complex trajectory is in the charge of the micro platform.By making full use of the stroke advantages of macro platform and the performance advantages of high acceleration of micro platform,the rapid processing of local fine trajectory is realized,and the machining efficiency is improved without introducing trajectory error.Finally,aiming at the problems in the actual cutting process,a variety of laser cutting functions are developed to ensure the cutting quality.After completing the development of the laser cutting machine control system,a variety of materials are selected for laser cutting experiments.The experiments verify the reliability and stability of the developed control system and the superiority of the algorithm.At present,the developed laser cutting machine control system software has been applied in enterprises and can meet the actual needs.
