With the improvement of China's living standards and the continuous improvement of the medical industry,laboratory samples and research storage samples produced by various hospitals are increasing day by day,and the management needs of biological samples are increasing.At present,translational medicine,regenerative medicine and precision medicine are important driving forces for the vigorous development of modern medicine,and their development cannot be separated from the basic and clinical research of biobank.Standardized and high-quality human genetic samples are important basic resources for the realization of key populations,clinical scientific research on major diseases,clinical diagnosis and treatment technology research,drug development and industrialization.The upgrade of detection technology and the improvement of medical system bring new demand for sample management.Meanwhile,the surge of sample size and the highlight of sample value force the improvement of biological sample management planning level.Under the global epidemic prevention and control,non-contact sample management is imminent.In the process of sample management,the identification,access and traceability of sample information connect the whole system,so as the core technology of biological sample reading system is very important.Supported by the development of Internet of Things technology,the iterative development of literacy technology is the key to realize the upgrade of the whole literacy system.The key point of the upgrade is to develop the existing reading technology into a dual-channel mode,combine the digital code and RFID chip effectively,and form a new way of multi-channel reading with mutual verification and double insurance.The integration of RFID code will accelerate the system information and automation,especially suitable for important sample information access and non-contact scenarios.Keeping the bar code makes the application equipment more adaptable and buys time for the popularization of RFID technology.As the integration of RFID technology will cause changes in the whole reading process,the analysis of such changes is also the core content of the design of this paper.Based on the current situation of the development of sample databases,this paper analyzes the current equipment use process of sample databases,and discusses the existence and application of the label reader for sample cryostorage under the new management mode.Through the use scenario,technical route,man-machine design,appearance effect of the reading device for many aspects of research and in-depth details mining,respectively from ergonomics,5G technology under the reading device design and service design of the corresponding design of multi-code reading system.The research details the background and significance of the information management research under the cryogenic storage of biological samples.The research content of the paper focuses on the multi-code reading system,the research ideas and the ultimate goal to be achieved.And through the detailed elaboration of biological sample database,biological sample information management and other related concepts;Domestic and foreign researches on the current situation of biological sample database and existing problems and deficiencies,including the analysis of the current situation of cryogenic storage and reading of biological sample information data;The key technologies and design principles applied in the reading system are described in detail.And combining with field investigation,user and expert interview,literature reading method to design more code to read the requirements analysis and contact analysis,through the analysis of the process of clear sample entity library and information database,and the analysis of existing problems,puts forward more code to read system to strengthen the effectiveness,automation,non-contact monitoring mechanism,train of thought to solve the existing problems.It aims to integrate RFID technology for multi-way identification,so as to greatly reduce the occurrence of information loss under the condition of low temperature,in order to ensure the safety of biological samples and optimal data storage and sharing.Then through the system analysis of barcode and RFID technology,through the analysis of building a fusion of RFID technology and digital,graphic code technology of the new architecture,put forward the change of the process after the addition of RFID technology and how to realize the access and flow of biological sample information.Based on the particularity of RFID technology design,after clarifying the overall thinking and principles of reading system research,demand analysis is carried out on the reading part of biological sample bank management system.By defining the process of RFID biometric reading system step by step,develop reading and writing equipment suitable for RFID biometric specimen system,and design output in the form of rendering diagrams,3D printing models and APP interface design.This study focuses on the stage of design proposal and validation.Design multi-code reading system for biological samples.After the overall system architecture is proposed,the system functions,main products(including frozen storage tube,frozen storage box and its corresponding reader and sample movement carrier)and sample circulation process are designed in detail,and the design effect of multi-code reading system is summarized,analyzed,reviewed and prospected.This article innovation is based on the application of existing technology to increase the RFID technology,to achieve information literacy through various channels,master the biological samples in order to realize the real-time information in the state of storage in the process of the biological sample library information system,and will get in touch with the data of all equipment,operating and logging data related to record sheet,etc.,make the process of intelligent management information system.In this process,the use of RADIO frequency identification technology,ergonomics,interaction design and other methods to improve the comfort of equipment operation,beauty and portability,to open the complete or part of the non-contact mode to lay the foundation.The research of this project has certain significance for drug research,infectious disease prevention and control,as well as strengthening the resilience of urban medical treatment in the future,and provides a guarantee for the steady development of society.
