With the rapid development of industrial science and technology,human medical science and technology are also developing with each passing day,and there are still many problems in the preservation and storage of biological sample resources that have been hailed as important strategic resources.As an important strategic resource,how to preserve safely and effectively for a long period of time,and meet the strategic needs of future development,and maintain a deep cryogenic state during use and storage to ensure the quality of biological samples,and to meet the requirements of biosafety and scientific research needs,It will be the core technology and direction of development for the preservation and use of biological sample resources.This article starts from the current research status of the biological sample database and proposes a brand-new concept of placing the tube-top operating console in a liquid nitrogen tank,and the overall structure of the sample database was designed and studied.First of all,This article has always carried out the concept of extensibility to conceptualize the overall plan of the biological sample database.this paper designs the equipment scheme according to actual needs.The first scheme of the equipment uses a single cryopreservation tube as a storage unit,There are many problems in the process of assembly and testing after the processing is completed,Redesigned the second plan.The second solution is compatible with multi-specimen cryo storage access and freeze box access.Secondly,the manipulators are selected according to the operation required by the sample library.And the structure of the sample library operation robot was designed.In order to ensure that the manipulator runs smoothly in a low temperature environment,the selection of its components has also been systematically analyzed.Third,in order to meet the requirements for compatibility between multi-specimen cryovial access and cryopreservation cartridges access methods,this paper designed two sets of fixtures based on the characteristics of the two types of products,and designed an automatic exchange fixture for robots and designed them.The bracket for placing the jig.Fourth,using solidworks to model the arm and arm of the manipulator,the model was imported into the Ansys Workbench software and static analysis was performed to verify that it meets the design requirements.Fifth,a series of experiments were conducted after the equipment was processed and assembled.The equipment was subjected to thermal insulation and liquid nitrogen consumption test.The SS-5GL13 was subjected to a temperature change performance test.The robot was used to repeat the positioning accuracy test and the prototype was subjected to a test run test.
