The research on the inventory optimization of emergency materials with uncertain demand has important theoretical value and practical significance.The existing relevant research usually randomizes the uncertain demand and seeks the optimal scheme in the average sense.This method may give a solution far from the optimal solution,resulting in excess or insufficient emergency material reserves and a lot of economic losses.In view of the shortcomings of the existing research,considering the situation that the demand of a single demand point is uncertain every day for a period of time after the occurrence of sudden disasters,this paper adopts the theory and method of online problem and competitive strategy,designs the online inventory strategy and analyzes its implementation effect with the goal of minimizing the loss caused by excess or insufficient emergency material reserves,The daily reserve scheme of emergency materials is given,which provides a basis for the design of emergency material inventory optimization scheme with uncertain demand.The main contents and innovative achievements of this paper are as follows.Design of online inventory strategy with completely unknown demand.For an emergency material reserve center and a demand point,the material demand of each day at the demand point is uncertain and completely unknown within n days after the disaster.When the daily reserve is greater than the actual demand,there will be redundancy loss,and when the daily reserve is less than the actual demand,there will be shortage loss.With the goal of minimizing the sum of redundancy loss and shortage loss in one day,considering the influence of the actual demand of the previous day,the paper designs the follow-up strategy,gives the reserve plan of the emergency material every day,proves the competition ratio to be 1+(3s+2r)/c,considers the influence of the actual demand of the previous i-1 day,designs the difference average strategy,proves the competition ratio to be 1+(s·n+r)/c finally,an example is given to analyze its implementation effect to prove the effectiveness of the strategy.Online inventory strategy design with limited demand prediction.For an emergency material reserve center and a demand point,within n days after the disaster,the demand for emergency materials at each demand point is uncertain and limited.Considering the variation of demand range and the demand obeying negative exponential distribution,the goal is to minimize the sum of redundancy loss and shortage loss,Design EA strategy.when the demand range changes.Under the EGA strategy,at(?)that time,the competition ratio was(?);At(?)that time,the competition ratio was(?).der the EAA strategy,at r?1/?·s that time,the competition ratio was 1+r/c·?-1/2;At r<1/?·s that time,the competition ratio was 1+s/c·?-1/2?.Under the EQA strategy,at(?)that time,the competition ratio was(?);At(?)that time,the competition ratio was(?)When the demand obeys the negative exponential distribution,the equilibrium strategy is designed,the competition ratio is 1+?/c·r+?/c·e(s-r)obtained,finally,an example is given to analyze its implementation effect to prove the effectiveness of the strategy.
