China has the widest distribution of karst landforms, and Guizhou province is the most typical and concentrated karst landform area in China.Under such natural conditions, coupled with the unreasonable use of human beings, resulting in the continuous aggravation of rock desertification, further deterioration of the ecological environment, the local social and economic construction and development caused a huge obstacle,so the protection of the ecological environment and rock desertification control is urgent. In this study,a typical representative area of light-moderate rocky desertification was selected as the research area in Chongfeng Village,Salaxi Town,Qixingguan District,Bijie City,Guizhou Province and six sample plots of different land use types were set up in the area, including roxburgh rose forest, rose garden, plum ferest, grassland, peach ferest, and walnut forest, and leafhoppers as biological indicator, from May to October 2019,leafhopper specimens of Cicadellidae were collected by sweeping method, and identified by microscope and stereoscope. The species composition, similarity, diversity and evenness of leafhoppers were analyzed by SPSS20.0 and Canoco 5 software. The research results are as follows:1.The leafhoppers in potential mild rocky desertification area in Salaxi area were classified and identified.A total of 11525 leafhopper specimens were collected in the study area, which belongs to 52 genera of 11 subfamilies, among which both genera of Empoascanara Distant and Empoasca Walsh are the dominant groups.2.The leafhoppers from different land use types were classified and identified.Among them, there are 2072 individuals belonging to 31 genera of 8subfamilies in rose forest,1300 individuals belonging to 31 genera of 8 subfamilies in walnut forest,1543 individuals belonging to 29 genera of 7 subfamilies in peach forest,1902 individuals belonging to 30 genera of 6 subfamilies in rose forest,2243 individuals belonging to 33 genera of 10 subfamilies in plum forest and 2465 individuals belonging to 25 genera of 7 subfamilies in grassland. The number of individuals is: grassland > plum forest > roxburgh rose forest > rose forest > peach forest > walnut forest, but there is no difference in the number of groups. It shows that grass planting plays an important role in the protection and restoration of ecological environment in potential and mild rocky desertification area.3.Shannon-wiener diversity index(H')is October > June > May > July >September > August,Pieluo evenness index(J)is October > May > June > July >September > August,Pieluo evenness index(J)is June > June > July > September >August.Simpson dominance index(C)showed is August > September > May >July > June > October. In conclusion,Shannon-Wiener diversity index(H')and Pieluo evenness index(J)of leafhopper community structure tends to be consistent in different months. The Simpson dominance index(C)is almost opposite to Shannon-Wiener diversity index(H')and Pieluo evenness index(J).The number of leafhoppers in June,July and August when temperatures are higher is much higher than in other months when temperatures are lower. The results of redundancy analysis shows that temperature was positively correlated with the number of leafhoppers, while air pressure and humidity have no obvious effect on the number of leafhoppers. It indicates that temperature plays a key role in the growth and development of leafhoppers.4.Shannon-wiener diversity index(H ')is as follows: Roxpear forest >grassland > walnut forest > Plum forest > peach forest > rose garden, and Pieluo evenness index(J)was as follows: grassland > roxburgh rose forest > plum forest >peach forest > walnut forest > rose forest.Simpson dominance index(C)is rose garden > Plum forest > grassland > Roxroth forest > peach forest > walnut forest.5.Similarity analysis was conducted on leafhoppers collected in different fields, and it was found that similarity of land use types is the basis of similar leafhoppers community structure.Walnut forest and peach tree forest are both tall trees, which are obviously different from surface vegetation types,so the community structure of leafhoppers in these two land use types is similar.Roxburgh rose forest and grassland are low grass shrub vegetation types,so their community structure is similar. The vegetation type between plum forest and rose forest is more complex, with more weeds, resulting in the lowest similarity of leafhopper groups.6.For all kinds of community structure of the time to study the variation characteristics,Considering the background of light-moderate rocky desertification area, the following measures are suggested in order to better protect the ecological environment and species diversity of leafhoppers and improve the local economic development level:(1)Choose some suitable vegetation restoration modes to protect the biodiversity of leafhoppers;(2)Enhance residents' awareness of ecological protection.
