Life originates from the sea,which covers 70%of the earth's surface and is home to 50-80%of the earth's organisms,carrying an extremely rich and diverse marine life.Marine microorganisms account for more than 90%of the total marine biomass,and there are huge microbial resources in the ocean.Guangxi sea area is located in the tropics and subtropics,including mangroves,coral reefs,seagrass beds and other special ecosystems,and is rich in marine microbial resources.The research on marine bacterial resources in Guangxi has important theoretical and practical significance for the discovery of new strains with application value,commercial enzyme products with economic value,unique structure and effective medicinal compounds.In this study,two kinds of marine animals and three kinds of coastal plant rhizosphere soil were used as samples,and seven kinds of culture media were used to separate bacteria from the samples.146 different species of bacteria were isolated from reef-building coral samples,distributed in 4 phyla,7 classes,17 orders,35 families,and 69 genera,with 8 new species.87 different species of bacteria were isolated from fish intestinal samples,distributed in 4 phyla,7 classes,17 orders,31families,and 49 genera,with 14 new species.187 different species of bacteria were isolated from plant rhizosphere soil samples,distributed in5 phyla,10 classes,30 orders,46 families,and 83 genera,with 10 new species.The biological activities of 267 strains of bacteria were tested.122strains with protease,4 strains with chitinase,147 strains with amylase,2strains with cellulase,25 strains with urease,37 strains with inorganic phosphorus degradation,42 strains with organophosphorus degradation,6strains with potassium-dissolving activity and 72 strains with iron carrier function were screened.At the same time,26 strains of bacteria that can antagonize Botryosphaeria dothidea,28 strains of Alternaria alternata,19 strains of Neofusicoccum parvum,25 strains of Fusarium oxysporum,29 strains of Plectosphaerella cucumerina,37 strains of Rhizoctonia solani,18 strains of Fusarium pseudograminearum,32 strains of Colletotrichum musae,7 strains of Penicillium digitatum,7 strains of Bipolaris sorokiniana,4 strains of Escherichia coli,11 strains of Staphylococcus aureus,and 20 strains of Bacillus subtilis.Four new taxa with biological activity were identified by polyphasic classification,and their phylogenetic position was determined.Gram-positive,facultative anaerobic,mobile and irregular rod-shaped bacterium GY 10621Twas identified and named as Rhizoctonia flavipestifer;Gram-positive,aerobic,mobile and coryneform bacterium GX 13764Twas identified and named as Metabacillus kandeliae;Gram-negative,aerobic,mobile,coryneform bacterium GX 14042Twas identified and named as Lysobacter intestinalis;Gram-negative,aerobic,mobile,coryneform bacterium GX 12232Twas identified and named as Roseivivax coralli.
