In electronic support and countermeasures,the research on target behavior cognition in complex electromagnetic environment has become a key topic.With the development of intelligent devices,the shallow feature extraction of electromagnetic target can no longer meet the requirements of intelligent target analysis and decision-making application in complex electromagnetic environment.The analysis of electromagnetic target behavior based on cognitive research focuses on how to obtain the target behavior state and group collaborative knowledge according to the changes of electromagnetic target parameters,activity laws and comprehensive intelligence.Most of the current researches on electromagnetic target behavior analysis rely on prior behavior templates and transfer information,the research on the potential variation law of parameters is insufficient,it is difficult to solve the problem of behavior analysis of signal sources with highly overlapped parameters and non-stationary changes.At the same time,the existing research pays little attention to group collaboration,and the degree of knowledge utilization and reusability of intelligence data is low.In view of the above problems,based on the idea of time series feature analysis and knowledge construction,this thesis focuses on the analysis of target behavior in complex electromagnetic environment.The main work contents and contributions are as follows:Firstly,a semantic model of impulse signal and the corresponding feature extraction structure are proposed.A five-level semantic model is defined to describe the variation law of impulse signals.Clustering discrete coding and statistical language modeling are used to extract features from data,and time series network is used to learn state labeling and behavioral feature recognition.By comparing with the direct feature recognition method,the effectiveness of the model in the behavior analysis of mixed samples and parameter overlapping scenarios is verified.Secondly,a knowledge-oriented domain ontology and knowledge graph based on electromagnetic target behavior analysis are constructed.Using the domain ontology modeling method,the knowledge model is constructed from the key electromagnetic elements and analysis tasks,and the collaborative association analysis is carried out through the situation decomposition,feature derivation and dynamic path distortion algorithm to obtain electromagnetic elements and collaborative intelligence,so as to solve the problems of knowledge sharing and information mining.Finally,an intelligent knowledge system is built to solve the behavior analysis requirements of complex electromagnetic environment.The system includes an information perception module for managing knowledge data,a knowledge processing module for realizing intelligent cognition,and a decision analysis module for realizing collaborative factor decision-making and electromagnetic environment evaluation,all of the above integrate into the application of behavior analysis knowledge and provide intelligent behavior analysis service in complex electromagnetic environment.
