Photonic integrated interferometric imaging technology is an emerging detection imaging technique that combines the interference principle and the photonic integrated circuit technology.The photonic integrated interferometric imaging system uses extremely thin lenslet array and photonic integrated chip to replace large optical components and large support structures of traditional spatial optical telescopes,which greatly reduces the size,weight and cost of the imaging system.At the same time,the photonic integrated interferometric imaging system can efficiently reconstruct high-quality images using less measurement data.Therefore,photonic integrated interferometric imaging systems are expected to replace conventional spatial optical imaging systems and have very important potential value in the fields of astronomy and space science.This paper mainly studies the principle of interferometric detection imaging of the photonic integrated interferometric imaging system,lenslet array affecting spatial frequency coverage and image reconstruction method.Spatial frequency coverage determines the quality of the directly recovered images of the photonic integrated interferometric imaging system,while the image reconstruction method affects the quality of the reconstructed images.The main contents of the paper include the following aspects:Firstly,the research background and significance of the photonic integrated interferometric imaging system are expounded,the research status of the photonic integrated interferometric imaging system and interferometric detection image reconstruction methods are introduced.The principle of interferometric imaging of the photonic integrated interferometric imaging technology is studied from different theoretical knowledge.The structure of the photonic integrated interferometric imaging system is mainly divided into three parts: lenslet array,photonic integrated chip,and digital signal processing.The integrated devices on photonic integrated chips mainly include optical waveguide array,arrayed waveguide grating,phase shifter and multimode interferometer coupler.Based on the theory knowledge of coherent imaging,the receiving and sampling process,transmission process,interferometry process and imaging process of the optical signal in the photonic integrated interferometric imaging system are studied.Then,the influence of lenslet array arrangement and lenslet pairing method of the photonic integrated interferometric imaging system on space frequency coverage is studied,the relationship between spatial frequency coverage and imaging quality of the photonic integrated interferometric imaging system is also analyzed.The traditional lenslet array arrangement and lenslet pairing method are introduced,and the traditional lenslet array arrangement and lenslet pairing method are optimized.Based on the relationship between lenslet array,spatial frequency coverage and system imaging quality,a new lenslet array arrangement and lenslet pairing method are proposed.Finally,the measurement model of the photonic integrated interferometric imaging system is introduced.The theoretical knowledge of compressed sensing is studied,and an image reconstruction model based on compressed sensing for the photonic integrated interferometric imaging system is established.The algorithm of the convolutional neural network is studied,a convolutional neural network structure for the photonic integrated interferometric imaging system is designed,and an image reconstruction model based on convolutional neural networks for the photonic integrated interference imaging system is established.The photonic integrated interferometric imaging system is simulated from the optimized lenslet array arrangement,the optimized lenslet pairing method and two image reconstruction models.
