| Production line optimization and balance can effectively reduce the cost in the production process and optimize the production process.It is an important method to improve the strength of enterprises.At present,more and more enterprise production has changed from traditional assembly line production to semi-automatic production,or more advanced automatic production.However,some products still need to be assembled manually.Therefore,the research on this kind of production line balance is still the key direction of current research.The production line balance has an important impact on the production efficiency of enterprises.At present,the market share of S company is increasing year by year,and the customer demand is increasing.The existing production capacity is not enough to support the increasing demand year by year.Therefore,this paper takes the high-pressure cleaning machine production line of S company as the research object,takes the actual needs of the enterprise as the goal,analyzes and evaluates the production line,so as to improve the balance rate of the production line,improve the production efficiency of the enterprise,and finally achieve the goal of capacity improvement.Firstly,this paper introduces the research status of production line balance optimization at home and abroad,and expounds the concept of production line balance.Secondly,taking the highpressure washing machine production line of the company as an example,the actual research on the production line was carried out,the current status of the high-pressure washing machine production line was analyzed,the work units were defined,and the production line balance rate of the current high-pressure washing machine production line was calculated to be 72.26% with a production capacity of 677 sets / day.Using Flexsim simulation software for modeling and analysis,find out the causes of the current production line imbalance and bottleneck stations,and get the production and processing efficiency of the current station.Then,the whole production line is optimized and improved by using the 5W1 H questioning technology,process procedure analysis,process procedure analysis and two hand operation analysis in the industrial engineering method.Then,the improved 0-1 integer programming model based on IE is established,and the optimal solution is obtained by lingo software programming.Finally,the second improved production line is modeled and simulated by Flexsim to verify the improved effect.In this paper,the artificial flow production line is improved by using IE theory and integer programming method,combined with simulation software,which provides a certain reference for the optimization and improvement of high-pressure cleaning machine production line of S company,and has certain theoretical value and practical significance.The optimization results show that after the operation units of the high-pressure washing machine production line are optimized and redistributed,the operation of the production line is more stable,the load of each station is more balanced,the balance rate of the improved production line is improved,the beat of the production line is reduced by 10.5s,and the daily output can be increased by 128 sets. |
