In recent years,with the popularity of smart phones,the industry related to smart phones has also ushered in a big development.But with the increasing market demand,the industry competition is more and more fierce.In order to improve the market competitiveness of products and meet market demand,enterprises have to seek lower production costs and higher production efficiency to cope with market competition.X company is a comprehensive photoelectric enterprise,and the mobile phone camera module is one of its main businesses.In recent years,with the increasing demand for products,the company's production capacity has always been unable to meet the demand for orders.The company realized that it must optimize and improve the production line.Therefore,it is of great significance for this paper to study the production line balance of model Z camera module of X company.Firstly,this paper introduces the research status of production line balance at home and abroad,and sorts out the research ideas.The related theories and methods of production line balance optimization were summarized,which laid a solid foundation for further research.Second,through to the product line of Z field understanding,carries on the analysis about the present situation of production line,the production process and production process,the use of work measurement methods to measure production line operation time of each process,and,to give standard operation time calculation line related evaluation index to reflect the line of balance,summarize the current state of model Z production linebalancing problems;Then,the production line balance improvement scheme based on industrial engineering theory and 0-1 integer programming is developed.Using the relevant theories and methods of industrial engineering to improve the production process of z-type product production line,reduce the operation time of bottleneck process and optimize man-machine operation;On this basis,use 0-1 integer programming method to establish the mathematical model of class I production line balance problem,use lingo software for programming solution,get the optimal workstation division scheme,according to the workstation division to optimize the layout of the production line.Then,the optimization effect of the optimized z-type product production line was evaluated and compared with that before optimization.The indicators of the optimized production line have been improved to some extent,and two Suggestions have been put forward for the follow-up continuous improvement of the production line.Finally,the flexsim simulation software was used to verify the optimization scheme adopted in this paper and the improvement effect obtained.The results showed that the improvement and optimization of the z-type product production line was feasible.To sum up,in this paper,the theory of industrial engineering and refining production line balance theory,to research and analyze the actual production line,the influence factors of influencing the production line balance,and based on the theory of IE and 0-1 programming method to improve the scheme to improve production line and verification,enriched,such research provides a new Angle,has certain reference significance.
