Fertilizer application is one of the most important aspects of fruit tree management.Proper fertilizer application can greatly improve fruit yield and quality,while the unreasonable use of fertilizer can cause environmental pollution and waste of resources.In order to investigate the effect of nitrocompound fertilizer on soft seed pomegranate fruit quality and the effect on soil microcosm in the orchard,this study used nitrocompound fertilizer chasing for a 2-year positioning experiment,and designed two fertilization time treatments,namely,fertilization at bloom(A)and fertilization at fruit expansion(B),three fertilizer application ratio treatments,N:P2O5:K2O=22:9:9(T1),N:P2O5:K2O=18:22:5(T2)and N:P2O5:K2O=15:6:23(T3),were used in a complete combination with conventional fertilizer treatment(TN)and no fertilizer treatment(CK)for control,for a total of eight treatments(AT1,AT2,AT3,BT1,BT2,BT3,TN and CK).By studying the changes in fruit quality and changes in soil environmental quality and bacterial microbial communities under different treatments,quantitative assessment of fruit quality and environmental quality was carried out using a comprehensive evaluation method,and statistical analysis of soil bacterial microbial communities was carried out using multivariate statistical methods,with the following main results.1.Fruit quality indexes varied with different fertilizer treatments,except for fruit juice yield,fruit quality indexes under different nitro-compound fertilizer treatments were better than those under conventional fertilizer and no fertilizer treatments;the results of comprehensive evaluation of fruit quality by principal component analysis showed that the comprehensive scores of fruit quality under AT1,AT2,AT3,BT1,BT2,BT3,TN and CK treatments were ranked from largest to smallest:AT1>AT3>BT1>AT2>BT3>BT2>TN>CK,and the best overall fruit quality was obtained by applying N:P2O5:K2O=22:9:9 nitro-compound fertilizer at bloom.2.The overall changes of soil nutrients and heavy metal indicators with different fertilization treatments were not obvious,the overall p H value was low,the content of fast-acting potassium and effective phosphorus was at a high standard;the content of soil heavy metal cadmium exceeded the national control standard and should be monitored in a focused manner;the comprehensive evaluation of soil environmental quality by factor analysis method showed that AT1,AT2,AT3,BT1,BT2,BT3,TN and CK treatments The comprehensive evaluation of soil environmental quality was ranked from largest to smallest as follows:BT1>BT3>BT2>AT3>TN>AT2>AT1>CK,and the highest comprehensive score of environmental quality was achieved by applying N:P2O5:K2O=22:9:9 nitrocompound fertilizer during fruit expansion.3.Different fertilization treatments altered soil bacterial bioabundance but had little effect on their diversity.pearson correlation combined with RDA analysis showed that soil p H,organic matter,total nitrogen,copper and zinc were the key factors affecting soil bacterial microbial communities,and soil environmental quality indicators changed the overall community structure by affecting community dominant species.
