Wind shear is a weather phenomenon that seriously affects flight safety.In recent years,unsafe incidents of wind shear caused by improper handling of aircrew occur frequently,which highlights the importance of perfecting flight training and improving pilots' handling ability of wind shear.Based on senior flight based on field investigation,expert interview and airlines to wind shear effect on flight safety,wind shear,relevant regulatory requirements and disposal method for identifying program system is summarized,collected a domestic aircraft flights a year of wind shear encounters QAR data and analysis,build the wind shear quality evaluation model based on the QAR data and how to improve the training course of wind shear disposal is analyzed.The specific research work is as follows:(1)Based on aviation meteorological knowledge,the meteorological conditions and environment generated by wind shear are summarized,and the impacts of different forms of wind shear on flight activities are analyzed.Combined with the typical events of JD5759/CBJ575 on the first flight,the typical impacts and disposal requirements of wind shear are analyzed.(2)The working principle and alarm algorithm design of different airborne wind shear alarm systems were analyzed,and the design principles of different wind shear disposal procedures and the specific requirements of pilot handling were summarized.(3)Collect QAR data of a domestic flight experiencing wind shear events and conduct operation quality analysis,build an evaluation model of wind shear control quality based on QAR data,and verify it in combination with flight operation data.(4)The characteristics of wind shear training courses for airline transport drivers are analyzed,and the core competency requirements for wind shear handling and manipulation are preliminarily studied according to the EBT concept proposed by ICAO.
